2. ऊपर उल्लिखित तदर्थ नियुक्तियां उक्त अधिकारियों को संयुक्त सलाहकार की Kेणी में नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहM देती है और उनके द्वारा संयुक्त सलाहकार की Kेणी में तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा की न तो संयुक्त सलाहकार की Kेणी में वरिष्ठता के लिए गणना की जाएगी और न ही संयुक्त सलाहकार की Kेणी में लगातार बने रहने के लिए अधिकारियों को कोई अधिकार देती है, न ही अगली उRतर Kेणी हेतु पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता प्रदान करती है।

सं.ए-19012/01/2018-प्रशा.।.—आVथक कार्य विभाग के आदेश सं.पी-6/2018 दिनांक 02.04.2018 के अनुसरण में Kी Kीकर नाईक, सलाहकार, नीति आयोग को भारतीय आVथक सेवा के एचएजी में, वेतन मैट्रिक्स 1,82,200-2,24,100/-C. के स्तर 15 में पदोन्नति देकर तथा वित्तीय सेवा िवभाग से अस्थायी रूप से अंतरित रिक्त एचएजी स्तर के पद पर दिनांक 02.04.2018 से और अगले आदेशों तक नीति आयोग में वरिष्ठ सलाहकार के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाता है।
