No. 201/00007/2017 filed by UPSC Vs Manoj Kumar Sriwastawa and ors before the Hon'be CAT Jabalpur Bench and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 9 of the Indian Police Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read with sub-regulation (1) of regulations 9 of the Indian Police Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Manoj Kumar Sriwastawa (Date of Birth: 16.04.1968) (officer earlier appointed from the Select List of 2016) to the Madhya Pradesh cadre of Indian Police Service against the Select List 2015 with all consequential benefits.

2. The above appointment of Shri Manoj Kumar Sriwastawa is revised with effect from the date of appointment of his immediate junior namely Shri Daluram Teniwar i.e. 26.07.2016.

3. This issues in partial modification to this Ministry's Notification No. I. 14011/2/2016-IPS-1 (I) & (II) dated 26.07.2016 and Notification No. I. 14011/3/2017-IPS-1 (I) & (II) dated 07.06.2017.
