का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ. 47474747....————राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखा अिधकारी) भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखा अिधकारी) संशोधन भर्ती िनयम, 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखा अिधकारी) भर्ती िनयम, 2011 के नियम 2 के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर....————उक्त पद (पदों) की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसके साथ संलE वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, को इन नियमों के साथ संलE अनुसूची के स्तम्भों (2) से (4) में विनिKदष्ट किया जाएगा" ।

3. भर्ती िनयम की अनुसूची में, --
(क) स्तम्भ (4) में, शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां स्तम्भ के लिए निम्नलिखित शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां स्तम्भ को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
| "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर |

| स्तर 9 (53100-167800 O.)"; |
(ख) स्तम्भ (11) में,
(i) "वेतन बैंड-2, 9300-34800 O. + 4800 O. का Wेड वेतन शब्दों, प्रकोष्ठों और अंकों के स्थान पर, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8 (47600-151100 O.) शब्द, प्रकोष्ठ और अंक रखे जाएंगे"।
(ii) प्रोन्नति उपशीर्ष के अधीन स्तंभ (11) के नीचे टिप्पण-2 का लोप किया जाए।
(iii) उप-शीर्ष 'प्रतिनियुक्ति' के अंतर्गत " _ेणी वेतन 4800 O. सहित वेतन बैंड-2, 9300-34800 O." के िलए शब्दों, प्रकोष्ठों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8 (47600-151100 O.) शब्द, प्रकोष्ठ और अंक रखे जाएंगे"।
(iv) "प्रतिनियुक्ति" उपशीर्ष के अधीन स्तंभ (11) के नीचे टिप्पण-3 का लोप किया जाए।

S.R.O. 47.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2011 namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Accounts Officer) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to or the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rule." 3. In the Schedule to the said rules,-
(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

| Level 9 (Rs. 53100-167800).". |
(b) in column (11),-
(i) for the words and figures "pay band-2 of Rs.9300-34800 with grade Pay of Rs.4800", the words, figures and brackets "level 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(ii) under sub-heading 'Promotion' Note-2 shall be omitted;
(iii) under the sub-heading 'Deputation' for the words, letters and figures "PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800", the words, figures and brackets "level 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in pay matrix" shall be substituted;
(iv) under sub-heading 'Deputation', Note-3 shall be omitted.
