CORRIGENDUM
The proposed Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of NATIONAL COMMODITY CLEARING LIMITED (NCCL) were published in the Gazette of India in Part-IV, March 31-April 06, 2018 for inviting public comments. Pursuant thereto and upon the approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its letter no. SEBI/HO/CDMRD/DEA/OW/P/2018/18902/1 dated July 04, 2018, the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association was published in the Gazette of India in Part-IV, July 21- July 27, 2018.
The SEBI vide its said letter of July 04, 2018 has advised amendment to clause 3 (2) (v) and Clause 3 (3) vide para 2. D.v and para 2.D.viii of the said letter and the some words have been inadvertently omitted and the same is proposed to be included as under:
In Clause 3(2)v as appearing at page 1590 of the Gazette of India in Part-IV, July 21- July 27, 2018, after the existing words "issued there under", the words " by SEBI in this regard" shall be inserted.

Any person having any observations on the proposed amendment(s) to aforementioned documents can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange Plaza, Sixth Floor, 'A' wing, Plot C-1, Block G, Bandra – Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette.
