का.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आ. 50.. 50.. 50.. 50.————राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:21)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना), साधारण कर्मचारिवृ ंद शाखा, मुख्य मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष और ज्येष्ठ मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्निलिखत नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—

1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ.————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना), साधारण कर्मचारिवृ ंद शाखा, मुख्य मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष और ज्येष्ठ मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (सेना), साधारण कर्मचारिवृ ंद शाखा, मुख्य मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष और ज्येष्ठ मानचित्र सं2हाध्यक्ष (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016 में,—

(अ) िनयम 2 में, "वेतन बैंड और 2ेड वेतन या वेतनमान" एवं "वेतन बैंड, और 2ेड वेतन या वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखा जाएगा;

(आ) अनुसूची में,—

I. स्तंभ (4) में, शीर्ष के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शीर्ष रखे जाएंगे;

(क) प्रोन्नति उप शीर्ष के अधीन "वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 S. और 2ेड वेतन

S.R.O. 50.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), General Staff Branch, Chief Map Curator and Senior Map Curator (Group `B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), General Staff Branch, Chief Map Curator and Senior Map Curator (Group `B' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Army), General Staff Branch, Chief Map Curator and Senior Map Curator (Group `B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2016,-

(A) in rule 2, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" and "pay band, grade pay or pay scale", the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(B) in the Schedule,-

(I) in column (4), for the heading, the heading "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(II) against the post of "Chief Map Curator",-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the entries "Level 7 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(ii) in column (11),-

(a) under the sub-heading Promotion, for the words, figures and letters "Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs 4200/-", the words and figure "Level 6 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) under the sub-heading "Deputation", in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, letters and figures "Pay Band-2, Rs 9300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4200", the words and figure "Level 6 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

का.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आ. 5. 5. 5. 51111....————राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:21)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (नौसेना), रूसी भाषा पद भर्ती नियम, 2016 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

1.1.1.1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ. नाम और प्रारंभ.————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (नौसेना) रूसी भाषा पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय के एकीकृ त मुख्यालय (नौसेना), रूसी भाषा पद भर्ती नियम, 2016 में,-

(अ) नियम 2 में, "वेतन बैंड और 2ेड वेतन या वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहाँ जहाँ ये आते हैं, दोनों स्थानों पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(आ) अनुसूची में,-

I. स्तंभ (4) में, शीर्ष के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शीर्ष रखा जाएगा;

II. सहायक सिविलियन स्टाफ अधिकारी (रूसी) पद के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 8" प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी;

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में, प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) + प्रोन्नति शीर्ष के अधीन,-

(क) मद (क) के उपमद (ii) में, ''वेतन बैंड-2, 9300-34800 S. + 2ेड वेतन 4600/-S.''

शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7'' शब्द और अंक रखे

जाएंगे;

(ख) प्रथम टिप्पण में ''वेतन बैंड-2, (9300-34800 S.) + 2ेड वेतन 4600 S.'' शब्दों,

अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7'' शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;

III. रूसी आशुलिपिक-I पद के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएंगी;

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में, प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है) + प्रोन्नति शिर्ष के अधीन,-

(क) मद (क) के उपमद (ii) में, ''वेतन बैंड-2; 9300-34800 S. + 2ेड वेतन 4200 S.''

शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 6'' शब्द और अंक रखे

जाएंगे;

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Navy) Russian Language Posts Recruitment Rules, 2016,-

A. in rule 2, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places where they occur, the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

B. in the Schedule,-

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Air), Modeller Interpreter Recruitment Rules, 2016,-[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : अगस्त 11, 2018/श्रावण 20, 1940 207 A. in rule 2, for the words "scale of pay" at both the places where they occur, the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

B. in the Schedule,-

S.R.O. 56.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy and Air) Defence Staff Headquarters and Inter Service Organisation (Accountant) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy and Air) Defence Staff Headquarters and Inter Service Organisation (Accountant) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Army, Navy and Air) Defence Staff Headquarters and Inter Service Organisation (Accountant) Recruitment Rules, 2014,—

A. in rule 2, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places where they occur, the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

B. in the Schedule,—

(a) in column (4),-

(i) for the heading, the heading "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the entry, the entry "Level 6 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in column (11),—

(i) under the heading Deputation/Absorption, in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters "pay band-1, `5200-20200 plus grade pay of `2800", the words and figure "Level 5 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

1.1.1.1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ .————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय (सेना) का एकीकृ त मुख्यालय, सेना स्टाफ मुख्यालय, िसगनल आसूचना िनदेशालय (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय (सेना) का एकीकृ त मुख्यालय, सेना स्टाफ मुख्यालय, िसगनल आसूचना िनदेशालय (समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2013 में,—

अ. नियम 3 में, ''वेतन बैंड और 2ेड वेतन या वेतनमान'' शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहाँ जहाँ वे आते हैं, दोनों स्थानों पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'' शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

आ. अनुसूची में,—

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय नौ सेना मुख्यालय (मशीन मैन) भर्ती नियम, 2002 में,—

अ. नियम 2 में, "वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहाँ-जहाँ वे आते हैं, दोनों स्थानों पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

आ. अनुसूची में,—

क. स्तंभ 4 में,—

1.1.1.1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ . नाम और प्रारंभ .———— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, जनरल स्टाफ शाखा (िसगनल िनदेशालय), सेना मुख्यालय [मुख्य पर्यवेक्षक (दूरभाष)] भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, जनरल स्टाफ शाखा (िसगनल िनदेशालय), सेना मुख्यालय [मुख्य पर्यवेक्षक (दूरभाष)] भर्ती नियम, 1991 में,-

अ. नियम 2 में, "वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहाँ-जहाँ वे आते हैं, दोनों स्थानों पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

आ. अनुसूची में,—

क. स्तंभ 4 में,—

(i) शीर्ष के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शीर्ष रखा जाएगा;

(ii) प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 5" प्रविष्टि की जाएगी;

ख. स्तंभ 12 में, मद (क) के उपमद (ii) में, "4000-100-6000 S." शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 4" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 70.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Defence, General Staff Branch (Signals Directorate), Army Headquarters, Chief Supervisor (Telephones) Recruitment Rules, 1991, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, General Staff Branch (Signals Directorate), Army Headquarters, Chief Supervisor (Telephones) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, General Staff Branch (Signals Directorate), Army Headquarters, Chief Supervisor (Telephones) Recruitment Rules, 1991,-

A. in rule 2, for the words "scale of pay", at both the places where they occur, the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

B. in the Schedule,—

(a) in column 4,—

(i) for the heading, the heading "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the entry, the entry "Level 5 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in column 12, in item (a), in sub-item (ii), for the words, figures and letters "pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000", the words and figure "Level 4 in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted.
