S.R.O. 75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Group 'C'(Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Army Group 'C'(Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment (amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Army Group 'C'(Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011,-

(1) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule'' ;

(2) in the schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Multi Tasking Staff (Erstwhile Group D posts

of the Gestener/Roneo Operator, Daftry, Head Messenger/Jamadar Messenger/Jamadar Peon,

Peon/Messenger, Head Searcher/Head Female Searcher, Searcher/Female Searcher, Head

Gardner/Head Mali, Gardner/Mali, Safaiwala, Safaiwali, Attendant, Head Chowkidar/Head Watch-

man/Jamadar Watch-man, Chowkidar/Range Chowkidar/Watchman and Book Binder),-

S.R.O. 78.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisio to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Army Service Corps (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013 namely .—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Army Service Corps (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Army Service Corps (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2013,-

(a) for Rule 3, the following rules shall be substituted, namely.—

"3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";
