(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

4.4.4.4. निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.निरर्हता.————वह Nक्ति—
(क) जिसने ऐसे Nक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पPी जीवित है, विवाह किया हो या विवाह की सम्विदा की हो, या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पPी के जीवित रहते (cid:27)ए किसी Nक्ति से विवाह किया हो या विवाह की सम्विदा की हो,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहS होगा :
परंतु यदि कें )ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस Nक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुTेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Nक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5.5.5.5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करनेकरनेकरनेकरने की शक्ति.की शक्ति.की शक्ति.की शक्ति.————जहां कें )ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब1 करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Nक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. -ावृति.-ावृति.-ावृति.-ावृति.————इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहS डालेगी, िजनका के न्)ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वगX, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Nक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 322.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Library Assistant in the Central Academy of Police Training, Bhopal, Bureau of Police Research and Development under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Central Academy of Police Training, Bhopal (Library Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, Classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in Column (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualifications.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,1690 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : OCTOBER 6, 2018/ASVINA 14, 1940 [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy Head Constable (Band) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ नाम और प्रारंभ....————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम कृ िष और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृ िष, सहकारिता और किसान कल्याण िवभाग, िवपणन और निरीक्षण िनदेशालय, क्षेत्र काडर पद, उप कृ िष िवपणन सलाहकार, सहायक कृ िष िवपणन सलाहकार, वरिष्ठ िवपणन अिधकारी, िवपणन अिधकारी (समूह-III) भर्ती नियम, 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे

4. िनरिनरिनरिनरर्हतार्हतार्हतार्हता....————वह fयक्ति,—
(क) जिसने ऐसे fयक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पत्नी जीिवत है, विवाह किया है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते (cid:27)ए किसी fयक्ति से विवाह किया है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहS होगा:

6. 8या8या8या8यावृितवृितवृितवृित....————इन नियमों की कोई बात अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और fयक्तियों के अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग को इस संबंध में के न्) सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार दिए जाने वाले आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहS डालेगी।

(ख) स्तंभ 7 के अंतर्गत सीधी भर्ती के लिए निर्धारित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं एवं अनुभव रखते हों।
टिप्पटिप्पटिप्पटिप्पणणणण 1.1.1.1. पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के िलए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहS होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रतिनियुक्ति fयक्ति प्रोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहS होंगे

G.S.R. 324.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Field Cadre Posts, Deputy Agricultural Marketing Adviser, Assistant Agricultural Marketing Adviser, Senior Marketing Officer, Marketing Officer (Group-I and Group-III) Recruitment Rules, 2005, in so far as they relate to the posts of Deputy Agricultural Marketing Adviser(Group-III), Assistant Agricultural Marketing Adviser(Group-III), Senior Marketing Officer(Group-III) and Marketing Officer (Group-III) except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the field cadre posts, in the Directorate of Marketing and Inspection under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare, namely:—

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare, Directorate of Marketing and Inspection, Field Cadre posts, Deputy Agricultural Marketing Adviser, Assistant Agricultural Marketing Adviser, Senior Marketing Officer, Marketing Officer (Group-III) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification , level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said post:
provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 2. 7777.... -ावृत्ति-ावृत्ति-ावृत्ति-ावृत्ति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहS डालेगी, जिनका के न्)ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वगX, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के Nक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 325.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Directorate General of Health Services (Chief Architect) Recruitment Rules,1980, the Directorate General of Health Services (Senior Architect) Recruitment Rules, 1982, the Directorate General of Health Services (Architect and Deputy Architect) Recruitment Rules, 1986 and the Directorate General of Health Services (Assistant Architect) Recruitment Rules, 1980, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Chief Architect, Senior Architect, Architect, Deputy Architect and Assistant Architect in the Central Design Bureau in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Design Bureau (Chief Architect, Senior Architect, Architect, Deputy Architect and Assistant Architect) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix or pay scale.—The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule.
5. Disqualification .—No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 326.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Laboratory Assistant, in the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, National Sugar Institute, Laboratory Assistant (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, Level in the Pay Matrix.—The number of posts, its classification, Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.–No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
