(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—

(ख) स्तंभ (12) में,-

(i) "वेतन बैंड – 1, U. 5200-20200 Xेड वेतन 2400/- U." शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 4 (25500 से 81100 U.)" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे;

(ii) " "टिप्पण 2"" का लोप किया जाएगा।

S.R.O. 98.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'B' Office Superintendent (Non-Technical) Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'B' Office Superintendent (Non-Technical) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production and Supplies, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'B' Office Superintendent (Non-Technical) Recruitment Rules, 2012,-

A. for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Number of post, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";

B. in the Schedule, —

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely, -[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : नवम्बर 3, 2018/कार्तिक 12, 1940 355

(b) in column (12),-

(i) for the words, letters and figures "Pay Band-1 of Rs 5200-20200 and grade pay Rs 2400", the words, brackets, letters and figures "Level 4 (Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;

(ii) "Note 2" shall be omitted.

का.िन.का.िन.का.िन.का.िन.आ.आ.आ.आ. 99999999....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, गुणवत्ता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय समूह "ग'' (नक्शानवीस) पद भर्ती नियम, 2010 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनातें हैं, अर्थात् :—

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, गुणता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय समूह "ग'' (नक्शानवीस) पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, गुणवत्ता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय समूह "ग'' (नक्शानवीस) पद भर्ती नियम, 2010 के नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, गुणता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय, समूह 'ग' पद (फोटोXाफिक कर्मचारीवृन्द) भर्ती नियम, 2012 में, —

(1) नियम 2 में "वेतन बैंड और Xेड वेतन या वेतनमान" शब्दों के स्थान पर दोनों स्थानों पर जहाँ वे आते हैं, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर शब्द रखे जाएंगे

(2) अनुसूची में, —

(क) फोटोXाफर iेणी-1 पद के सामने, —

(i) स्तम्भ (4) में,—

(अ) शीर्ष के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्ष रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर"[भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : नवम्बर 3, 2018/कार्तिक 12, 1940 357 (आ) प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—

"वेतन मैट्रिक्स (29200-92300 U.) में स्तर 5"

(ii) स्तम्भ (11) में, "वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 U. Xेड वेतन 2400/- U." शब्दों, अंकों, अक्षरों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे, अर्थात् :—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' posts (Photographic Staff) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' Posts (Photographic Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2012,—

(1) in rule 2, for the words " pay band and grade pay or pay scale" in both the places where they occur, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(2) in the Schedule,—

(a) against the post of Photographer Grdae-I,—

(i) in column (4),—

(A) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:—

"Level in the Pay Matrix";

(B) for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"Level 5 in the pay matrix ( Rs. 29200 -92300);

(ii) in column (11), for the words, figure and letters " pay band 1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400", the following words, figure, brackets and letters shall besubstituted, namely:—

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, शीर्षक और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—

(ii) स्तंभ (12) में, "5200-20200 U. के वेतन बैंड और 1900 Uपए Xेड वेतन" शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-2 (19990 से 63200 U.)" शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे।

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' (Store Keeping) posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' (Store Keeping) posts, Recruitment Rules, 2010,—

(1) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed thereto."

(2). In the Schedule,—

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Senior Store Keeper, —

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely, —

(ii) in column (12), for the words, letters and figures "the Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 and grade pay of Rs 1900", the words, figures, brackets and letters "level 2 (Rs. 19900 to Rs. 63200) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(iii) "Note 1" shall be omitted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Store Keeper, —

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely, —

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन िवभाग, गुणता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय समूह 'ग' पराचिकित्सीय पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 में, :—

(1) नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

(2) अनुसूची में,—

(क) भेषजp (चयन iेणी) के पद से संबंधित mम संख्या 1 के सामने,—

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में "वेतन बैंड – 1, U. 5200-20200 Xेड वेतन 2400/- U." शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 4" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे;

S.R.O. 102.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' Paramedical posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' Paramedical posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Group 'C' Paramedical posts Recruitment Rules, 2012,—

(1) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules" ;

(2) in the Schedule,—

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Pharmacist (Selection Grade) ,—

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely,—

(ii) in column (11), for the words, letters and figures "Pay Band-1, Rs 5200-20200 plus grade pay Rs 2400" , the words and figures "level 4 in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(iii) 'Note 1' shall be omitted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Pharmacist (Ordinary Grade), —

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely, —

Level 4 (Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100)";

(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Medical Assistant —

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely, —

"Level 1 (Rs. 18000 to Rs. 56900)";

का.िन.आ. का.िन.आ. का.िन.आ. का.िन.आ. 103.103.103.103.————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, क्वािलटी आश्वान महािनदेशालय समूह 'ख' पद [सहायक इंजीिनयर (क्वािलटी आश्वासन) और कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर (क्वािलटी आश्वासन)] भर्ती नियम, 2012 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, (गुणता आश्वासन महािनदेशालय), समूह 'ख' पद [सहायक इंजीिनयर (गुणता आश्वासन) और कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर (गुणता आश्वासन)] भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, कवािलटी आश्वासन महािनदेशालय समूह 'ख' पद [सहायक इंजीिनयर (कवािलटी आश्वासन) और कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर (कवािलटी आश्वासन)] भर्ती नियम, 2012 में, :—

अ. नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

"3. पदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्या,,,, वर्गीकरण वर्गीकरण वर्गीकरण वर्गीकरण ,,,, वेतवेतवेतवेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर——पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबM अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिPदष्ट है";

आ. अनुसूची में, —

(क) सहायक इंजीिनयर (क्वािलटी आश्वासन) के पद से संबंधित mम संख्या 1 के सामने,—

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में "वेतन बैंड – 2, U. 9300-34000 Xेड वेतन 4200/- U." शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 6" शब्द, अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे;

(iii) टिप्पण 4 का लोप किया जाएगा।

(ख) कनिष्ठ इंजीनियर (क्वािलटी आश्वासन) के पद से संबंधित mम संख्या 2 के सामने,—

i( ) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—
