(ii) ऑल इंडिया इक्वेलिटी फोरम और अन्य बनाम यूओआई और अन्य द्वारा दायर डब्ल्यूपी (सी) सं. 3490/2010 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 23.08.2017 के निर्णय के परिणामस्वरूप एसएलपी(सी) सं. 31288/2017 और किसी भी सक्षम न्यायालय में संबंधित अन्य अदालती मामले।

(iii) संबंधित मामले में कोई भी अन्य अदालती मामले।
