2. The placement/appointment(s) of concerned officers shall be subject to the outcome of the SLP (W) No. 21824/2016 titled "V.K. Mittal & Others Vs. Registrar General, Delhi High Court & Others,", whereby the erstwhile Rule 5A of Delhi High Court Staff Seniority Rules governing inter se seniority of promotees and Direct Recruit Private Secretaries is under challenge.
3.The notional promotions shall be without arrears.
4.Composite seniority list of Assistant Registrar will be issued in due course of time.
