G.S.R. 395.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Non-Gazetted Ministerial Staff) Recruitment Rules, 1987, in so far it relate to the post of Upper Division Clerk except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Upper Division Clerk in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad (Upper Division Clerk) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.— The number of posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage, and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of person.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward classes, ex-servicemen and the other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहR होगा :
बशतT कि के न्Uीय सरकार यदि संतुष्ट हो कि ऐसा िववाह, ऐसे Oक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु,ेय है और ऐसा करने का अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी Oक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

1. Short title and commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi (Head Pharmacist) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc. .— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.– No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen, The Other Backward Classes and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

4.4.4.4. निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता निरर्हता .—वह Oक्ति ----
(क) िजसने ऐसे Oक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पPी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है या (ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पPी के जीिवत रहते %ए किसी Oक्ति से िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहR होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्Uीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस Oक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु,ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Oक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5.5.5.5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करनेकरनेकरनेकरने कीकीकीकी शक्तिशक्तिशक्तिशक्ति.—जहां के न्Uीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब; करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Oक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6.6.6.6. .ा.ा.ा.ावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहR डालेगी, िजनका के न्Uीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Oक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 397.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, the Central Soil and Materials Research Station, Supervisor (Engineering), Group 'B' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2010 except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the methods of recruitment to the posts of Supervisor (Engineering) in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, the Central Soil and Materials Research Station, New Delhi, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Soil and Materials Research Station, Supervisor (Engineering), Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2018.

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पत्र नहR होगा:
परंतु यदि के न्Uीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Oक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु,ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Oक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

G.S.R. 398.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, Central Ground Water Board (System Analyst) Recruitment Rules, 1986, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of System Analyst in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Ground Water Board (System Analyst) Recruitment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualifications.— No person, —
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
