इसके द्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 (2) के तहत कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार को ऊपर उल्लिखित कंपनियों से कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार से इस आधार पर नाम हटाने के आवेदन प्राप्त किए हैं कि वे उनकी कंपनी के निगमन के एक वर्ष के भीतर कारबार आरंभ करने में विफल रहे हैं या इस आधार पर कि कंपनी पूववर्ती 2 वित्तीय वर्षों से कारबार नहीं कर पायी है और इस अवधि के भीतर कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 455 के तहत निष्क्रिय कंपनी की स्थिति प्राप्त करने का आवेदन नहीं किया है या कंपनी ने निष्क्रिय कंपनी की स्थिति प्राप्त कर ली है, पर वे कंपनी के रुप में पंजीकरण नहीं रखना चाहते और अतः कंपनी रजिस्टर से अपना/अपने नाम हटाने का अनुरोध किया है।

(2) तद्‌नुसार कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार, कंपनी रजिस्टर से ऊपर उल्लिखित कंपनियों के नाम हटाने का प्र्रस्ताव करता है।

(3) यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कंपनी रजिस्टर से कंपनी का नाम हटाने के प्रस्ताव से आपत्ति है तोे वह व्यक्ति इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर ऊपर उल्लिखित कार्यालय के पते पर अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकता है।
