ii. ऑल इंडिया इक्विटी फोरम एवं अन्य बनाम भारत संघ एवं अन्य द्‌वारा दायर डब्ल्यूपी (सी) सं. 3490/2010 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 23.8.2017 के निर्णय से उत्पन्न एसएलपी (सी) सं. 31288/2017 तथा किसी सक्षम न्यायालय में चल रहे अन्य मामले।
