काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ.03..03..03..03.————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:23)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए आर्डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन, कनिष्ठ संकर्म प्रबंधक (समूह 'ख' पद)भर्ती नियम, 1996 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ....————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय आर्डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन, कनिष्ठ संकर्म प्रबंधक (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय आर्डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन, कनिष्ठ संकर्म प्रबंधक (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1996 में िनयम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"2. पदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्यापदों की संख्या, , , , वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरवर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर....———— उक्त पदों की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स या वेतनमान में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबH अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिKदष्ट है ।";
3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,
(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ के शीर्षक और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ के शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

(ख) स्तंभ (12) में, कोष्ठक, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर (2000-3200 वेतनमान) और शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक "(35400-112400 N.)" वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर '6' को रखा जाएगा ।

S.R.O. 03.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Ordnance Factories Organisation, Junior Works Manager (Group B post) Recruitment Rules, 1996, namely: -
1 (1) These rules may be called the Indian Ordnance Factories Organisation, Junior Works Manager (Group B post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Ordnance Factories Organisation, Junior Works Manager (Group B post) Recruitment Rules, 1996(hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: -
"2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix or pay scale .- The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-
(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
| "Level in the pay matrix or payscale |
| (4) |
| Level 7 in the pay matrix ( Rs. 44900-142400)." ; |

(b) in column (12), for the brackets, words, letters and figures "(Pay scale Rs. 2000-3200)" and "(Pay scale Rs. 1600- 2660)" , the words, figures, brackets and letters"Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs.35400-112400)" shall be substituted.
