G.S.R. 36.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Assam Rifles (Group 'C' Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Assam Rifles (Group 'C' Combatised Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Assam Rifles (Group 'C' Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (herein after referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: —

"2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".;

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,

(1) against serial number (1), relating to the post of Havildar (Lineman Field),-

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

परन्तु यदि के न्Zीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस Vक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु[ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Vक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

1. Short title and commencement.— (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai, Junior Translator (Group 'B' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into the force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix and pay scale.—The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Power to relax .— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(ब) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते %ये किसी zयक्ति से विवाह किया है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहY होगा।

परन्तु यदि के न्Zीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे zयक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनु[ेय है और ऐसा करने के लिये अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी zयक्ति को इस नियम के प्रर्वतन से छू ट दे सके गी।

6666. Vया. Vया. Vया. Vयावृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्तिवृत्ति ....————इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहY डालेगी, जिनका के न्Zीय सरकार द्वारा इस सम्बंध में समय-समय पर निकाले गये आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वग', भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के zयक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Commerce (Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Kolkata) Lower Division Clerk (Group 'C' Ministerial Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, and Office of the Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Upper Division Clerk, (Group 'C' Ministerial Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, and Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Office of Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Multi Tasking Staff, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2015 and , Office of Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Data Processing Assistant (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2012 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersessions, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Multi Tasking Staff and Data Processing Assistants in the Office of the Director General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Kolkata, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Office of the Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Group 'C' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix or pay scale.— The number of post, its classification, and level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedules annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedules.

4. Disqualification.— No person, -[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : पफरवरी 2, 2019/माघ 13, 1940 261 (a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons while selecting an officer for appointment on deputation.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation to age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
