घ) तदर्थ पदोन्नति एसएलपी (सी) सं. 30621/2011 में अंतिम निर्णय के परिणाम तथा पंजाब और हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा सीडब्ल्यूपी सं. 13218/2009 में पारित दिनांक 15.07.2011 के आदेश और न्यायालय में इससे जुड़े किसी अन्य मामले के परिणाम के अध्यधीन रहेगी।

ङ) तदर्थ पदोन्नति ऑल इंडिया इक्वैलिटी फोरम तथा अन्य बनाम भारत संघ तथा अन्य द्वारा दायर रिट याचिका (सी) सं. 3490/2010 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 23.08.2017 के निर्णय के फलस्वरूप एसएलपी (सी) सं. 31288/2017 और न्यायालय में इससे जुड़े किसी अन्य मामले के परिणाम के अध्यधीन रहेगी।

च) न्यायालय में इससे संबंधित किसी अन्य मामले में निर्णय के अध्यधीन भी।

2. The appointment of the above-mentioned officers to the post of Deputy Secretary (Ad-hoc) is subject to the following terms and conditions, as elaborated in DoP&T Order No. 04/11/2015-CS-I(D) (pt-I) (Vol.III) dated 28.12.2018:—

a) The ad-hoc promotion shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of the CSS.

b) Ad-hoc appointments may be terminated at any point of time without giving any reason thereof.

c) The service rendered on ad-hoc basis in the Selection grade (Deputy Secretary) would not count for the purpose of seniority in that grade or for promotion to the next higher grade.

a) The ad-hoc promotion shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Grade of PPS of the CSSS.

b) Ad-hoc appointments may be terminated at any point of time without giving any reason thereof.

c) The services rendered on ad-hoc basis in the PPS grade would not count for the purpose of seniority in that grade or for promotion to the next higher grade.

d) The ad-hoc promotion will remain subject to the outcome of the SLP (C) No. 30621/2011 arising out of the final judgment and order dated 15.07.2011 in CWP No. 13218/2009 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana and other connected cases before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

e) The ad-hoc promotion will remain subject to the outcome of the SLP (C) No. 31288/2017 arising out of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court judgement dated 23.08.2017 in WP(C) No. 3490/2010 filed by the All India Equality Forum & Others Vs. UOI & Ors. and other related court cases in any competent court.
