(क) सी डब्ल्यूपी सं. 13218/2009 में माननीय पंजाब और हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय द्‌्‌वारा दिए गए अपने अंतिम निर्णय और दिनांक 15.07.2011 को पारित आदेश के परिणामस्वरूप दायर एसएलपी(सी) सं. 3062/2011 तथा माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष विचाराधीन अन्य संबंधित मामले।

(ख) अखिल भारतीय समता मंच एवं अन्य बनाम भारत संघ एवं अन्य द्‌्‌वारा दायर डब्ल्यूपी(सी) सं.. 3490/2010 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 23.08.2017 के निर्णय के परिणामस्वरूप एसएलपी(सी) सं. 31288/2017 तथा किसी समक्ष न्यायालय में दायर अन्य संबंधित न्यायालयी मामले और,

(ग) संबंधित मामले में कोई अन्य न्यायालयी मामला।

b. The SLP (C) No. 31288/2017 arising out of Hon'ble Delhi High Court Judgment dated 23.08.2017 in WP(C) No. 3490/2010 filed by the All India Equality Forum and Other vs UoI and Ors. and other related court cases in any Competent Court and,

c. Any other court cases in a connected manner.
