महोबा सोलर (यूपी) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, जिसका ऑफिस अदानी हाउस, मीठाखली सिक्स रोड्‌स, नवरंगपुरा, अहमदाबाद-380009, गुजरात पर स्थित है, बिजली के ट्रांसमिशन हेतु बिजली की लाइन्स या इलेक्ट्रिक प्लांट लगाने के लिए बिजली अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 164 के अंतर्गत या कार्य में उचित तालमेल के लिए जरूरी टेलीफोन अथवा टेलीग्राफ संचारों के लिए, जो कि टेलीग्राफ अथॉरिटी, भारतीय टेलीग्राफ अधिनियम 1885 के अंतर्गत रखती है, जिसके अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा टेलीग्राफ के प्रयोजन से टेलीग्राफ लाइन्स तथा खंभों को स्थापित किया गया है या उनका रखरखाव किया जाता है या स्थापित या रखरखाव किया जाएगा तथा सर्वे, निर्माण कार्य, संस्थापन, निरीक्षण, उत्थापन एवं अन्य कार्यों को किए जाने के पश्चात्‌ सेवा-आरंभ, प्रचालन, रखरखाव तथा ट्रासंमिशन लाइन के अन्य कार्य किए जाएंगे, हेतु इन्हें सभी शक्तियां प्रदान करने के लिए भारत सरकार के समक्ष आवेदन करने की इच्छुक है।
