iii निजी सचिव ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर प्रदत्त सेवाओं की गणना उस ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता के लिए अथवा उससे उच्चतर गे्रड में पदोन्नति हेतु नहीं की जाएगी।
