सा.का.िनसा.का.िनसा.का.िनसा.का.िन. . . . 92929292....————राष्ट्रपित, संिवधान की धारा 309 के परन्तुक में िनिहत शक्तियों तथा इस संबंध में प्रदत्त अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, राष्ट्रपित सिचवालय (भर्ती एवं सेवा शत#) िनयमावली, 2017 में संशोधन करने के िलए निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाते हैं, नामत:
1. (1) ये िनयम, 'राष्ट्रपित सिचवालय (भर्ती एवं सेवा शत#) प्रथम संशोधन िनयमावली, 2019' कहे जाएंगे।
(2) ये 23.02.2019 से लागू किए गए समझे जाएंगे।
2. राष्ट्रपित सिचवालय (भर्ती एवं सेवा शत#) िनयमावली, 2017 की अनुसूची I में ).सं. 16क के समक्ष प्रबंधक के 3 (तीन) पदों के भर्ती िनयम निम्नानुसार जोड़े जाएंगे:-

G.S.R. 92 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and of all other powers enabling in this behalf, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the President's Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the President's Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) first amendment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall deemed to have come into force from 23rd February 2019.
2. In the President's Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017 in Schedule-I against Sl.No.16A, the recruitment rules of 3 (three) posts of Manager shall be added as under: -
