एनएसईआईएल उपनियम
1. नेशनल सिक्युरिटीज क्लीयरिंग कार्पोरेशन (एनएससीसीएल) लिमिटेड को नीचे दिए गए अनुसार बदला जाना प्रस्तावित है (बोल्ड अक्षर)ः
एनएसईआईएल के अध्याय 9, 11, 12 और 13 नेशनल सिक्युरिटीज क्लीयरिंग कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड का नाम और इसका संक्षिप्त नाम 'एनएससीसीएल' क्रमशः एनएसई क्लीयरिंग लिमिटेड और 'एनएसईएल' किया जाना प्रस्तावित है।
2. अध्याय 12 के उप-नियम 1ए में ''इस प्रकार के ट्रेडिंग सदस्य को सुनवाई अवसर प्रदान किए जाने के बाद'' शब्दों को हटा दिए जाएंगे और उनके स्थान पर निम्न शब्द जोड़े जाएंगेः

NSEIL Byelaws
1. The words National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCCL) Limited is proposed to be substituted as given under (words in bold):
The name of National Securities Clearing Corporation Limited and its abbreviation "NSCCL" is proposed to be substituted with NSE Clearing Limited and "NCL" respectively,in Chapter IX, XI, XII and XIII of the NSEIL Byelaws.
2. The words "after providing an opportunity of being heard to such Trading Member" shall stand deleted in Bye-Law 1A of Chapter XII and will read as;
Existing Provision
(1A) Without prejudice to the foregoing, if a trading member is either expelled or declared a defaulter by any other recognized stock exchange on which he is a member or if the registration certificate is cancelled by SEBI, the said Trading Member may be expelled from the Exchange after providing an opportunity of being heard to such Trading Member.
