का.िनका.िनका.िनका.िन.आ..आ..आ..आ. 42.42.42.42.———— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:24)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, /ालिटी आ2ासन निदेशालय (नौसेना), समूह 'ख', रेखा चित्र पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, /ालिटी आ2ासन निदेशालय (नौसेना), समूह 'ख' रेखा चित्र पद भर्ती, (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन विभाग, /ालिटी आ2ासन निदेशालय (नौसेना), समूह 'ख' रेखा चित्र पद भर्ती नियम, 2011, में, (क) नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा अर्थात् :-

''3. पदोंपदोंपदोंपदों कीकीकीकी संख्या, वर्गीकरण,संख्या, वर्गीकरण,संख्या, वर्गीकरण,संख्या, वर्गीकरण, और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरऔर वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरऔर वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरऔर वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर : पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलN वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिTर्दष्ट हैं। '';

(क) कनिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी (रेखा चित्र) के पद से संबंधित Wम सं. 1 के सामने -

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात :-

(ii) स्तम्भ 11 में, उप –शीर्षक के 'पदोन्नति' अन्तर्गत,-

''वेतनमान 2 में 9300-34800 [. और ^ेड वेतन 4200 ['' अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स (35400-112400 [.) में स्तर 6'' शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

(iii) "टिप्पण 2'' का लोप किया जाएगा ।

(ख) ज्येष्ठ नक्शानवीस के पद से संबंधित Wम सं. 2 के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात :-

(ii) स्तम्भ 11 में, उप –शीर्षक के 'प्रतिनियुक्ति' के अन्तर्गत,-

''वेतनमान 2 में 9300-34800 [. और ^ेड वेतन 4200 [.'' शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर, ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स (35400-112400 [.) में स्तर 6'' शब्द, अंक, कोष्ठक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

(iii) ''टिप्पण 3'' का लोप किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi, the 15th February, 2019

S.R.O. 42.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), Group 'B' (Drawing) posts Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:—

1. (1) These Rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), Group 'B' (Drawing) posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), Group 'B' (Drawing) posts Recruitment Rules, 2011, —

(A) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: —

"3. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix or pay scale.—The number of said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.";

(B) in the Schedule, —

(a) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Junior Technical Officer (Drawing), —

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely: —

(ii) in column (11) under the sub-heading 'Promotion',-

for the words, figures and letters "Pay Band 2 of Rs. 9300-34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4200", the words, figures, brackets and letters "Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400)" shall be substituted;

(iii) "Note 2" shall be omitted;

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Senior Draughtsman,-

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii) in column (11) under the sub-heading 'Deputation',—

for the letters, figures and words "PB-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 and Grade Pay of Rs.4200", the words, figures, brackets and letters "Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400)" shall be substituted;

(iii) "Note 3" shall be omitted.
