आदेश
सं. एसवाई-19014/14/2018-एसबीआर-332328--पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय द्वारा दिनांक 2 फरवरी, 2017 को भारत के राजपत्र के भाग-I खण्ड-I में प्रकाशित पोतभंजन संहिता (संशोधित), 2013 के पैरा 8.4.1 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार एतद्द्वारा पोतभंजन संहिता (संशोधित), 2013 में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करता हैः--
(i) पैरा 5.2.2 को संशोधित करके निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :--
''5.2.2 विसंदूषण प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने के लिए जीपीसीबी के दौरे के समय डीआईएसएच कार्मिक भी जीपीसीबी कार्मिकों के साथ रहेंगे, और उचित समझे जाने पर, जीपीसीबी द्वारा विसंदूषण प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने से पहले डीआईएसएच कार्मिकों द्वारा ज्वलनशील/दहनशील सामग्री को हटाने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।''

''5.2.2 राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड द्वारा विसंदूषण प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने से पहले राज्य समुद्री बोर्ड/पत्तन प्राधिकरण द्वारा तेल एवं खुली सामग्रियों को हटाने की अनुमति के साथ ही कोल्ड ऑपनिंग के माध्यम से ज्वलनशील और दहनशील सामग्री को हटाने की अनुमति भी दी जाएगी।'' पढ़ा जाए :

संकल्प
सं. ई-11016/01/2017-हिंदी(पार्ट)--आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय (पूर्ववर्ती शहरी विकास मंत्रालय एवं आवास और शहरी गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय) के दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2015 के संकल्प सं. ई-11016/01/2014-हिंदी के तहत आवासन और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का गठन किया गया था। इसका कार्यकाल 19 मार्च, 2018 को समाप्त हो गया था। बाद में इसका कार्यकाल दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 2018 के समसंख्यक संकल्प द्वारा एक वर्ष अर्थात् 19 मार्च, 2019 तक बढ़ाया गया था।
अब माननीय आवासन और शहरी कार्य राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) के अनुमोदन से इसका कार्यकाल एक वर्ष की और अवधि अर्थात् 19 मार्च, 2020 तक बढ़ाया जाता है।

New Delhi, the 27th March 2019
ORDER
No. SY-19014/14/2018-SBR-332328—In exercise of the powers conferred by para 8.4.1 of the Shipbreaking Code (Revised), 2013, published by the Ministry of Shipping vide order dated 2nd February, 2017 in Gazette of India Part I-Section 1 dated 18.02.2017, the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping hereby amends the Shipbreaking Code (Revised), 2013, as follows:
(i) Para 5.2.2 shall be amended to read as under:—
For:
"5.2.2 DISH officials with accompany the GPCB officials, at the time of visit for issuing decontamination certificate by GPCB, and if considered appropriate, DISH officials may permit removal of fire prone/combustible material before issuance of decontamination certificate by GPCB."
Read:
"5.2.2 Removal of fire prone and combustible materials by cold opening may be allowed by State Maritime Board/Port Authority along with permission of removal of Oils and Loose Materials, before issuance of Decontamination Certificate by the State Pollution Control Board".

RESOLUTION
No. E-11016/01/2017-Hindi(Part)—Hindi Advisory Committee of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs was constituted vide Resolution No. E-11016/1/2014-Hindi dated 20th March, 2015 of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (erstwhile Ministry of Urban Development and Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation). Its tenure ended on 19th March, 2018. Later on vide resolution of even number dated 17th December, 2018, its tenure was further extended till 19th March, 2019.
Now with the approval of Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Housing and Urban Affairs, its tenure is further extended for a period of one year i.e. till 19th March, 2020.
