BETAM WIND ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED

BETAM WIND ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 15th Floor, Tower Vatika Tower, Golf Course Road, Sector-54, Gurgaon-122001, Haryana, India, intend apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under Section 164 of Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the prop coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph A-1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegram established or maintained, by the Government or to be so established or maintained and 1, undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works for the follow: transmission scheme.

"230 KV Single Circuit Transmission line from Betarn Wind Farms (Savarimangalam) Tuticorin-II GIS Pooling Station (PS) i.e. Betam Wind Farms (Savarimangalam) Tuition GIS PS 230kV SVC line with minimum capacity of 300 MW at nominal voltage" The transmission lines covered under the scheme will pass through, over around, and between the following villages, towns and cities:—
