का.िनका.िनका.िनका.िन....आआआआ.... 55555555....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:22)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए, विद्युत और यांत्रिक, इंजीनियरी कोर आरेखन कार्यालय कर्मचारिवृन्द भर्ती नियम, 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं। अर्थात्:-
(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विधुत और यांत्रिक, इंजीनियरी कोर, आरेखन कार्यालय कर्मचारिवृन्द भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. विद्युत और यांत्रिक, इंजीनियरी कोर, आरेखन कार्यालय कर्मचारिवृन्द भर्ती नियम, 2000 में,-
(क) नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर- उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनका वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वेतन या वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबL अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिOर्दष्ट हैं।
(ख) अनुसूची में:-
(i) Qम संख्या 1 के सामने, नक्शानवीस Rेणी II के पद से संबंधित स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

(ii) Qम संख्या 2 के सामने, नक्शानवीस Rेणी III के पद से संबंधित स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टयों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
New Delhi, the 3rd June, 2019
S.R.O. 55.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Drawing Office Staff Recruitment Rules, 2000, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Drawing Office Staff Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering Drawing Office Staff Recruitment Rules, 2000.- (a) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of posts, classification level in Pay Matrix or pay scale. - The number of the said posts, their classification and the level in the Pay Matrix or pay scale attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";
(b) in the Schedule.-
(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Draughtsman Grade-II, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

| Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35400-112400)."; |
(ii) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Draughtsman Grade-III, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
