No. 1(211)/GA/DC/HQ/2019/ 517-526.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Wakf Act -1995 (43 of 1995) and rule 3 of the Delhi Wakf Rules, 1997 read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. U-11030/2/96-UTL/SO 572 dated 19th August, 1996 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital of Territory of Delhi hereby appoints, with immediate effect, Sh. Shezad Khan as Survey Commissioner of Auqafs for National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of making a survey of auqaf existing in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
