काकाकाका.... िनिनिनिन.... आआआआ.... 56565656 .—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:24)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, िवद्युत तथा यांत्रिकी इंजीनियरी कोर कनिष्ठ वै1ानिक सहायक समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2013 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बताते हैं, अर्थात्:—

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय विद्युत तथा यांत्रिक कनिष्ठ वै1ानिक सहायक समूह "ग" पद भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. िवद्युत तथा यांत्रिकी इंजीनियरी कोर कनिष्ठ वै1ानिक सहायक समूह "ग" पद भर्ती नियम 2013 (जिसमें इसके पश्चात िनयम कहा गया है) में, नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा अर्थात्:-

"2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर या वेतन मान.— उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबO अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट है।"

3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और इससे संबंधित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्2815 GI/2019 (297) 298 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JUNE 22, 2019/ASADHA 1, 1941 [PART II—SEC. 4]

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE

New Delhi, the 18th June, 2019

S.R.O. 56.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Junior Scientific Assistant, Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Junior Scientific Assistant, Group 'C' post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Junior Scientific Assistant, Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix or pay scale.- The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.".

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
