2. उपरोक्त अधिकारी भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (परिवीक्षा) विनियम, 1954, के तहत एक वर्ष के लिये परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे और भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (परिवीक्षा) विनियम, 1954 के नियम 5 (4) में संशोधन दिनांक 10.05.2011 के तहत अधिकारियों को इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना होगा।

सं. आई-14013/20/2013-आईपीएस-1(II)--माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण, लखनऊ पीठ द्वारा श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह द्वारा दायर ओ. ए. संख्या 63/2013 में पारित आदेश दिनांक 20.09.2018 के आलोक में श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह के नाम को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में 2010 की चयन सूची से प्रोन्नति हेतु दिनांक 25.04.2019 को आयोजित रिव्यू चयन सीमिति की बैठक की अनुसंशसा जिसे संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने दिनांक 30.05.2019 को अनुमोदित कर दिया है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह का नाम चयन सूची 2010 के 10 पर जो श्री राकेश शंकर क्रम संख्या 9 और श्री उमेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव क्रम संख्या 11 के बीच में सम्मलित किए जाने के पश्चात, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के पत्र संख्या 7/20(1)/2018-ए आई एस दिनांक 30.05.2019 को राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1955 के विनियम 9 के उप-विनियम (1) के साथ पठित भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (भर्ती) विनियम 1954 के विनियम 9 के उप-विनियम (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस सेवा के श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह (जन्म तिथि : 25.06.1959) पूर्व में भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में नियुक्ति चयन सूची 2017 को भारातीय पुलिस सेवा में परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्ति करते हैं तथा उन्हें भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग) विनियम, 1954 के विनियम 5 के उप-विनियम (1) के अन्तर्गत समस्त परिणामी लांभाषों सहित उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग प्रदान करते है ।

2. श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह की नियुक्ति श्री उमेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव, चयन सूची 2010 जो कि उक्त अधिकारी के तत्काल कनिष्ठ अधिकारी की नियुक्ति तिथि से प्रभावी होगी। इसके अलावा, श्री जय प्रकाश सिंह की नियुक्ति प्रक्षेप के विषय पर भारत सरकार का अंतिम निर्णय या कोर्ट के आदेशों, यदि कोई हो, के अध्यधीन होंगी।
