का.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आ. 64.— राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनु(cid:24)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना पुलिस कोर, समूह 'ग' (अनौद्योगिक) पद भर्ती नियम, 2012, संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सेना ( सैन्य पुिलस कोर), समूह 'ग' (अनौद्योगिक) पद भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना पुलिस कोर, समूह 'ग' (अनौद्योगिक) पद भर्ती नियम, 2012 (जिसमें इसके पFात उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) में, नियम-3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :

"3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर - पदों की संख्या उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबO अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिRदष्ट है । "

3. दर्जी के पद के सामने अनुसूची के उक्त नियमों में,

स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और इससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-

S.R.O. 64.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army (Corps of Military Police), Group 'C' (Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Army (Corps of Military Police), Group 'C' (Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Army (Corps of Military Police), Group 'C' (Non-Industrial) Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :

"3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – Number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule." ;

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule, against the post of Tailor,

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

(a) against the post of Tailor,-

का.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आका.िन.आ. 65656565.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:24)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते &ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना पुलिस कोर समूह 'ग' (अनौद्योगिक) पद भर्ती नियम, 2011, संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना पुलिस कोर, समूह 'ग' (अनौद्योगिक) पद भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है ।
