Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner mentioned in column No.2 had applied for adjudging herself as an insolvent against the Respondents mentioned in column No. 3. The aforesaid petitioner was adjudged as an insolvent vide order dated 26.11.2011 passed in the aforesaid petition.
All the loans had been taken by M S Shoes East Ltd. in which the Petitioner had stood as a guarantor/ pledger and was liable as such. During the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the said company has already cleared all the dues towards various banks/ Respondents in one time settlement. Hence, the liability of the Petitioner also stands discharged.
Public at large is hereby informed that an application for annulment of order of adjudicating the Petitioner an insolvent was moved. Accordingly, the order dated 26.11.2011, by which the Petitioner was adjudicated as an insolvent, was annulled vide order dated 07.01.2016 passed in the aforesaid petition.

Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner mentioned in column No.2 had applied for adjudging herself as an insolvent against the Respondents mentioned in column No. 3. The aforesaid petitioner was adjudged as an insolvent vide order dated 26.11.2011 passed in the aforesaid petition.
All the loans had been taken by M S Shoes East Ltd. in which the Petitioner had stood as a guarantor/ pledger and was liable as such. During the pendency of the aforesaid petition, the said company has already cleared all the dues towards various banks/ Respondents in one time settlement. Hence, the liability of the Petitioner also stands discharged.
Public at large is hereby informed that an application for annulment of order of adjudicating the Petitioner an insolvent was moved. Accordingly, the order dated 26.11.2011, by which the Petitioner was adjudicated as an insolvent, was annulled vide order dated 07.01.2016 passed in the aforesaid petition.
Any person including the names given below, if wishes to oppose, may appear before this Court either in person or through any pleader on the date already fixed before the Court i.e. 31.10.2019 at 10:00 AM.
