का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ. 89898989....————राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:22)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास विभाग प्रशासनिक अधिकारी (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2018 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन,प्रशासनिक अिधकारी (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2019 है।

2. ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय में, रक्षा अनुसंधान तथा विकास, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2018 अनुसूची में स्तंभ (10) के शीर्षक में 'पद' शब्द के स्थान पर 'रिक्तियां' शब्द रखा जाएगा।

S.R.O. 89.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Administrative Officer (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Administrative Officer (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Administrative Officer (Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2018, in the Schedule, in column (10), in the heading, for the word "post" the word "vacancies" shall be substituted.

का.का.का.का.िन.िन.िन.िन.आ.आ.आ.आ. 90909090.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:22)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, इलैक्ट्राँनिक्स और यांत्रिक इंजीनियर कोर, अधीक्षक (भंडार) तथा भंडारी समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2014 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

(1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, इलैक्ट्राँनिक्स और यांत्रिक इंजीिनयर कोर, अधीक्षक (भंडार) तथा भंडारी समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती संशोधन नियम, 2019 हैं।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, इलैक्ट्राँनिक्स और यांत्रिक इंजीनियर कोर, अधीक्षक (भंडार) तथा भंडारी समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2014 में -

(क) नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"3. पद पद पद पद ---- संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरसंख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरसंख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरसंख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – उक्त पदों की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर या वेतनमान वे होगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबU अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिVर्दष्ट हैं। "

(ख) अनुसूची में –

(i) Xमांक संख्या 1 के सामने अधीक्षक (भंडारण) के पद से संबंधित

(अ) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

(आ) स्तंभ II में "वेतन बैंड- I,5200-20200 Y. + Zेड वेतन 1900 Y." शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर -2 (19900-63200 Y.)" शब्दों, अंको, कोष्टक और अक्षरों को रखा जाएगा;

(ii) Xमांक संख्याक 2 के सामने भ[डारी के पद से संबंधित, स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, Superintendent (Store) and Store Keeper Group 'C' posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, Superintendent (Store) and Storekeeper Group 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2014,-

(a) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"3. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix or pay scale. - The number of the said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.";

(b) in the Schedule, -

(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Superintendent (Store),-

(A) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(B) in, column (11), for the words, figures and letters " Pay Band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay of Rs 1900, the word, figures, brackets and letters "Level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19900-63200)" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial Number 2 relating to the post of Storekeeper, in column(4), for the column heading and the entries, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

का.िन.का.िन.का.िन.का.िन.आ.आ.आ.आ. 91.91.91.91.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:22)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए, िवद्युत और यांत्रिक इंजीनियर (ज्येष्ठ भंडारी अधीक्षक) भर्ती नियम, 2002 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विद्युत और यांत्रिक इंजीनियर (ज्येष्ठ भंडारी अधीक्षक) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2019 हैं।

(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. िवद्युत और यांत्रिक इंजीनियर (ज्येष्ठ भंडारी अधीक्षक) भर्ती नियम, 2002 (जिसे इसमें इसके पdात उक्त नियम कहा गया है) के नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर – पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर """"2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर

वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबU अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिVर्दष्ट है;"

3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

(ख) स्तंभ 12 में प्रविष्टि "वेतनमान Y. 5000-8000" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-4 (Y. 25500-81100)" रखी जाएंगी।

S. R.O. 91.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, (Senior Store Superintendent) Recruitment Rules, 2002, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, (Senior Store Superintendent) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers, (Senior Store Superintendent) Recruitment Rules, 2002 hereinafter referred as to said rules, for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification and Level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to these rules".

3. In the said rules in the Schedule.-

(a) In column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(b) In column (12), for entry 'in the pay scale of Rs 5000-8000, the entry, "Level-4 (Rs. 25500- 81100) in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. For rule 2 of Ministry of Defence, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers Pharmacist Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2013, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

(A) 2. Number of post, classification level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the schedule annexed to these rules.

(B) In the Schedule, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
