Delhi High Court and Anr.", and also subject to the condition that in case, as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position is depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s)/ official(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they shall stand reverted to their previous post.
