सं. एएन/आई/11310/एकेएम--श्री अतुल कुमार मीना, अस्थाई लेखापरीक्षक/8351336, पुत्र श्री पुखराज मीना, रहिवासी- शांति नगर, कल्याण विद्यापीठ के सामने, सोमनाथ नगर, दौसा, राजस्थान, जो रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक (दक्षिण कमान) पुणे-1 के अधीनस्थ उपकार्यालय--स्थानीय लेखापरीक्षा कार्यालय (सेना), कुलाबा, मुंबई में सेवारत हैं, ड्यूटी से दिनांक 18.06.2018 से अप्राधिकृत रूप से अनुपस्थित हैं। ड्यूटी पर रिपोर्ट करने के लिए भेजी गई सूचनाओं का उन्होंने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया है।
केंद्रीय सिविल सेवाएं (अस्थाई सेवा) नियम, 1965 के नियम 5 के उपनियम (1) के तहत, रक्षा लेखा प्रधान नियंत्रक (दक्षिण कमान), पुणे, नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी, जो यह अधिकार प्राप्त है कि वे सेवा समाप्ति की सूचना जारी कर उक्त कर्मचारी की सेवाएं समाप्त कर सकते हैं। तद्नुसार, उक्त कर्मी को दिनांक 21.05.2019 को सेवा समाप्ति की सूचना जारी कर, कार्यालयीन रिकॉर्ड में उपलब्ध उनके स्थायी पते पर स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा भेजा गया, जिसमें यह सूचित किया गया था कि जिस तिथि को उन्हें नोटिस जारी की गई उस तिथि से एक माह की अवधि पूर्ण होने की तिथि से उनकी सेवाएं समाप्त की जाएंगी। यह नोटिस उनके निवास स्थान पर सुपुर्द करने के लिए पोस्टमैन द्वारा विविध तिथियों को बार-बार किए गए प्रयासों के बावजूद, कर्मचारी उक्त सेवा समाप्ति का नोटिस प्राप्त करने में असफल रहे हैं।

No. NA/I/11310/AKM—Shri Atul Kumar Meena, Ty Auditor/8351336, S/o Pukhraj Meena, resident of Shanti vihar, In front of Kalyan Vidya Peeth, Somnath Nagar, Dausa, Rajasthan, and serving in Local Audit Office (Army), Colaba, Mumbai, a Sub-office under Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Southern Command), Pune-1, is unauthorizedly absent from duty with effect from 18.06.2018. Intimations sent to him for reporting to duty went unanswered.
As per sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965, PCDA (SC) Pune, the Appointing Authority, is empowered to terminate his services by serving upon him a NOTICE OF TERMINATION. Accordingly, a Notice of Termination dated 21.05.2019 was served upon him by Speed Post on his permanent address as per official records, informaing him that his services would be terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date on which the notice was served on him. Even after repeated attempts by the postman to deliver the notice on his residence on various dates, the individual failed to receive the said Notice of Termination of Service.
It is hereby notified that services of Shri Atul Kumar Meena, Ty Auditor/835336 shall stand terminated with effect from the date of expiry of a period of one month from the date of publication of this NOTICE in the Official Gazetted, Part-I, Section 3.
