आ. अ.आ. अ.आ. अ.आ. अ. 44444444....———— लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अिधिनयम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13-क की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:28)ए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग उड़ीसा राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से एत#ारा, $ी सुरेन्& कु मार, आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर $ी सुशील कु मार लोहानी, आई.ए.एस (ओ.आर.:1995) को उनके कार्य भार )हण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के िलए उड़ीसा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अिधकारी के रूप में नािमत करता है।
2. $ी सुशील कु मार लोहानी, उड़ीसा सरकार के अधीन सभी पद भार या किसी कार्य के पदभारो को तत्काल स3प देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे, जो कि वे ऐसा पद भार )हण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे।
3. $ी सुशील कु मार लोहानी, मुख्य निर्वाचन अिधकारी, उड़ीसा के रूप में कार्य करते (cid:28)ए उड़ीसा सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार )हण नह8 करेंगे िसवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सिचवालय में निर्वाचन िवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सिचव पदािभिहत किया जाएगा।

आदेश से, 150 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : NOVEMBER 2, 2019/KARTIKA 11, 1941 [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] SECRETARIAT OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA New Delhi, the 25th September, 2019 O.N. 44.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Odisha hereby nominates Shri Sushil Kumar Lohani, IAS, (OR:1995) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Odisha with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri Surendra Kumar, IAS.
2. Shri Sushil Kumar Lohani shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Odisha, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Shri Sushil Kumar Lohani while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Odisha shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Odisha except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

(ए.जी.एम.यू.टी:2007) को उनके कार्यभार )हण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए अरूणाचल प्रदेश राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है।
2. $ीमती जूही मुखर्जी, अरूणाचल प्रदेश सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल स3प देंगी या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगी, जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार )हण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी।
3. $ीमती जूही मुखर्जी, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, अरूणाचल प्रदेश के रूप में कार्य करते (cid:28)ए अरूणाचल प्रदेश सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार )हण नह8 करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सचिव पदाभिहित किया जाएगा।

O.N. 45.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh hereby nominates Smt. Juhi Mukherjee, IAS (AGMUT: 2007) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Arunachal Pradesh with immediate effect and until further orders in place of Shri Kaling Tayeng, IAS.
2. Smt. Juhi Mukherjee, IAS, cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.
3. Smt. Juhi Mukherjee, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Arunachal Pradesh shall not hold any additional charges whatsoever under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
