Khargone Transmission Limited (KTL) having its registered office at F-1"The Mira Corporate Suites" 1 & 2 Ishwar Nagar, Okhla Crossing, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110065, India, intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under Section-164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communication necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority posses under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works by the Government for the following transmission schemes-

The above transmission project has been accorded approval by the Government of India, Ministry of Power vide its letter dated 02.02.2016 under section 68 of the Electricity act 2003.

Earlier, we have been granted the approval under Section-164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 from Central Electricity Authority, Ministry of Power (GoI) on 05.07.2017. However, due to proposed Jamphal Dam coming up in that area, the 765kV D/C Khandwa Pool - Dhule Transmission line has to be re-routed. Further, the diverted route of the said transmission line passes through, over, around and between the following of Tehsils, Talukas, Mandals, Block, Villages, town & cities.
