(क) िजसने ऐसे Nक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पOी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है; या (ख) िजसने, अपने पित या पOी के जीिवत रहते !ए, किसी Nक्ति से िववाह किया है या िववाह की संिवदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहP होगाः
परन्तु यदि के न्)ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Nक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु%ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Nक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

G.S.R. 363.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Zoological Survey of India (Central Service Class-III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1963, in so far as it relates to the posts of Senior Photographer, Photographer and Dark Room Assistant except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Photographer (Grade II and Grade III) in the Zoological Survey of India under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Zoological Survey of India, Photographer (Grade II and Grade III), Group 'C' Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of said posts, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc .—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, –
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,[भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्रा : दिसम्बर 21, 2019/अग्रहायण 30, 1941 1695 shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Savings.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

In the existing entry appearing against Col. 12 of the Schedule annexed to the aforementioned recruitment rules (English version) the words, Director, National Atlas Thematic Mapping Organisatio - Chairman may be read as, Director, National Atlas Thematic Mapping Organisation - Chairman.

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

(अ) िजसने ऐसे Tयक्ति से िजसका पित या पत्नी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है, या
(ब) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पत्नी के जीिवत रहते Gये किसी Tयक्ति से िववाह या अनुबंध किया है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहS होगा ।
परन्तु यदि के न्Uीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Tयक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनु(cid:19)ेय है और ऐसा करने के िलये अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी Tयक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रर्वतन से छू ट दे सके गी ।
5. 5. 5. 5. िशिथलिशिथलिशिथलिशिथल करनेकरनेकरनेकरने कीकीकीकी शक्तिशक्तिशक्तिशक्ति....————जहV के न्Uीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहV वह उसके िलए जो कारण है उन्हें लेखबP करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Tयक्तियों के वाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सकें गे ।
6. 6. 6. 6. 1या1या1या1यावृत् ितवृत् ितवृत् ितवृत् ित....———— इन नियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयुसीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहS डालेगी, िजनका के न्Uीय सरकार द्वारा इस सम्बंध में समय-समय पर िनकाले गये आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वगY, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Tयक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

G.S.R. 365.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics (Class II Non- Gazetted Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1959, in so far as they relate to the post of Superintendent, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Superintendent and Assistant in the Office of the Director General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Kolkata, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Office of the Directorate General of Commercial Intelligence and Statistics, Superintendent (Group 'B', Gazetted, Ministerial post) and Assistant (Group 'B', Non-Gazetted, Ministerial post) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix.— The number of posts, their classification, level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving .Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation to age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

| Deputation: Officers of Central or State Government or Union Territory, (a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level – 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500-81,100/-) or equivalent in parent cadre or department. (b) possessing knowledge of administration, establishment and accounts matters. Note 1- The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation and similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on promotion. Note 2- Period of deputation (including short term contract) including the period of deputation (including short term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the central government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. Note 3- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |
