विषय 2019 शीतकालीन अवकाश :- प्रबंध – अधिसूचित
1. सं. 746 /स्थापना /ई- I/ डी .एच.सी. —1. एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि आगामी शीतकालीन अवकाश 2019 के दौरान अत्यावश्यक मामले ,यदि कोई हों , की सुनवाई हेतु माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश निम्नलिखित माननीय न्यायाधीशगण को सहर्ष मनोनीत करते हैं :-

2. इसके अतिरिक्त माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश शीतकालीन अवकाश के दौरान अनुसरण किये जाने हेतु निम्नलिखित आदेश सहर्ष पारित करते हैं :-
(i) माननीय न्यायाधीशगण अत्यावश्यक सिविल तथा दांडिक मामलों तथा ऐसे अन्य मामलों ,जो उनके समक्ष उपरोक्त दी हुई तिथियों की अनुसूची के अनुसार प्रस्तुत किये जाएँ
,की सुनवाई हेतु खंडपीठों में एवं अके ले भी बैठेंगे।
(ii) सामान्यतः माननीय न्यायाधीशगण सोमवार ,बुधवार एवं शुक्रवार तथा ऐसे अन्य दिन जब वे उपयुक्त समझें प्रातः 10: 30 बजे न्यायालय में बैठेंगे । यदि किसी दिन निर्धारित मामले उसी दिन समाप्त नहीं होते हैं तो सुनवाई अगले दिन भी जारी रहेगी।
(iii) यदि किसी आकस्मिक कारण से कोई एक माननीय न्यायाधीश किसी दिन उपस्थित नहीं होते हैं तो दूसरे माननीय न्यायाधीश
,अके ले बैठेंगे
इस शर्त के अध्यधीन कि वे खंडपीठ के मामलों को ख़ारिज नहीं करेंगे , ।

1. No.746/Estt/E-I/DHC.— 1. It is hereby notified that Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to nominate the following Hon'ble Judges for hearing urgent matters, if any, during ensuing Winter Vacation 2019:-

2. Hon'ble the Chief Justice is further pleased to pass the following orders for being followed during the course of winter vacation:- (i) The Hon'ble Judges will sit in Division Benches and also singly to hear urgent Civil and Criminal matters and such other matters as may be placed before them as per the schedule of dates given above. (ii) Ordinarily the Hon'ble Judges will sit in Court on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and such other days as they may think fit at 10.30 A.M. The sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters fixed for any day are not finished on that day. (iii) If one of the Hon'ble Judges is not available on any day for any unforeseen reason, the other Hon'ble Judge may sit alone subject to the condition that the Hon'ble Judge shall not dismiss the Division Bench matters.
