सा.का.िन.372 .— संिवधान के अनु(cid:13)छेद 148 के खंड (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:28)ए भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक राष्ट्रपति से परामर्श के प)ात् भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा िवभाग में डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटर समूह 4ेणी 'च' और डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटर 4ेणी 'ड़' पदों पर भर्ती की प8ति का िविनयमन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय लेखापरीक्षा और लेखा िवभाग, (डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटर 4ेणी 'च' और डाटा इंट्री ऑपरेटर 4ेणी 'ड़' समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2019 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स मे स्तर .— पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण, और वेतन मैट्रिक्स मे स्तर वे होंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाब8 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिCदष्ट हैं ।
4. भर्ती की प'ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की प8ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंिधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त/पूवLक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिCदष्ट हैं ।
5. निरर्हता.—वह Mक्ति,
(क) िजसने ऐसे Mक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पNी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है या विवाह की संिवदा की है;या (ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पNी के जीिवत रहते (cid:28)ए किसी Mक्ति से िववाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहO होगाः
परन्तु यदि भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक को यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस Mक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुPेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार है तो वह किसी Mक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गा ।
6. िशिथल करने की शक्ति.— जहां भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण है, उन्हें लेखब8 करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Mक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गा ।
7. (cid:10)ावृत्ति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहO डालेगी, िजनका कें Tीय सरकार 8ारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Mक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

टिप्पण :- जहाँ ऐसे कनिष्ठ Mक्तियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नति के लिए विचार किया जा रहा हो, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ Mक्तियों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा परंतु यह तब जब कि उसके 8ारा की गई ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेक्षित अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अधिक से या दो वर्ष से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कनिष्ठ Mक्तियों सिहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अर्हक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उjतर 4ेणी में प्रोन्नति के लिए अपनी परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी कर ली हो ।
प्रतिनियुक्ति :
कें Tीय सरकार के अधीन ऐसे अधिकारी, :
(क) (i) जो वतर्मान काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किया (cid:28)आ है, या
(ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-7 (U.44900-142400) या इसके समकक्ष में नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के प)ात इस 4ेणी के दो वर्ष की सेवा की हो; और
(ख) जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षणिक योगताएं और अनुभव रखते हों:-
(i) मान्यता प्राप्त विlविघालय / संस्थान से कम्प्यूटर अनुप्रयोग / सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/कम्प्यूटर विPान में मास्टर डि'ी; या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विlविघालय या संस्थान से कम्प्यूटर इंजीनियpरग / कम्प्यूटर विPान / कम्प्यूटर प्रौद्योगिकी / कम्प्यूटर विPान और इंजीनियpरग/ सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में बी.ई. या बी. टेक I
(ii) किसी मान्याताप्राप्त संस्थान से कार्यqमण / सरकारी विभाग में सूचना तंत्र / पब्लिक सेक्टर उपqम / स्वायत निकाय / कानूनी निकाय में दो वर्ष का अनुभव I
टिप्पण 1:- पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे िवभागीय अिधकारी, जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के िलए िवचार किए जाने के पात्र नही होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्त Mक्ति प्रोन्नति 8ारा नियुक्ति के िलए िवचार किए जाने के पात्र नहO होंगे।
टिप्पण 2:- प्रतिनियुक्ति की अविध, िजसके अंतर्गत के न्Tीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या िवभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाs पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अविध है साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अिधक नहO होगी।
टिप्पण 3:- प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा नियुक्ति के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंितम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अिधक नहO होगी।

कें Tीय सरकार / राज्य सरकार / विlविधालयों / मान्याताप्राप्त शोध संस्थान / पब्लिक सेक्टर उपqमों / अर्धसरकारी कानूनी या स्वायत्त संगठन के अधीन ऐसे अिधकारी, :
(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या विभाग मे सदृश पद धारण किए (cid:28)ए हो;
(ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर-6 (U.35400-112400) या इसके समकक्ष नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के प)ात इस 4ेणी में पाँच वर्ष की सेवा की हो I
(ख) जिनके पास स्तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भर्ती किए जाने वाले Mक्तियों के लिए शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और विहित अनुभव हैं I

New Delhi, the 10th December, 2019
G.S.R. 372 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, the President after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator Grade 'F' and Data Entry Operator Grade 'E' in the headquarters and field offices of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (Data Entry Operator Grade 'F' and Data Entry Operator Grade 'E'), Group 'B' Posts Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Number of posts, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
5. Disqualification.—No person-,
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Comptroller and Auditor General of India may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
6. Power to relax.—Where the Comptroller and Auditor General of India is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, he may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Government of India from time to time in this regard.

| Promotion: Data Entry Operator Grade 'E' in Level - 7 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 44900-142400) with two years regular service in the grade and have successfully completed four weeks of training in relevant area as prescribed by the department from time to time. Note : Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service, or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service. सा.का.िन.373 .— राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:19)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा, प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते !ए और स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय; कें ,ीय औषिध प्रयोगशाला कोलकाता, (कनिष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक) समूह 'ग' पद के भर्ती िनयम, 2015 को, उन बातों के िसवाय अधि1ांत करते !ए जिन्हें ऐसे अधि1मण से पहले किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महािनदेशालय के अधीन के न्,ीय औषिध प्रयोगशाला कोलकाता में कनिष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक के पद पर भर्ती की प5ति का िविनयमन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रांरभ .— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य सेवा महािनदेशालय, के न्,ीय औषिध प्रयोगशाला कोलकाता, कनिष्ठ प्रयोगशाला सहायक,(समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2019 है ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को पद प्रवृत होंगे।
2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मेट्रिक्स में स्तर या वेतनमान.— पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण, वेतन मेट्रिक्स में स्तर या वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से सम्ब5 अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिBदष्ट हैं।
3. भर्ती की प!ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.— भर्ती की प5ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंिधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूवDक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से (13) में विनिBदष्ट हैं।
4. निरर्हता.—वह Eक्तिे -
(क) िजसने ऐसे Eक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पFी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है; या िववाह की सिवदा की हो (ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पFी के जीिवत रहते !ए किसी Eक्ति से िववाह किया है, िववाह की सिवदा की हो उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहH होगा:
परन्तु यदि के न्,ीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Eक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वकीय िविध के अधीन अनुIेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य् आधार हैं तो वह किसी Eक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. िशिथल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्,ीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब5 करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी Mेणी या वर्ग के Eक्तियों के संबंध में आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. +ावृति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहH डालेगी, िजनका के न्,ीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Eक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 373 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkata (Junior Laboratory Assistant) Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Laboratory Assistant in the Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkata under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, namely:

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix or pay scale .— The number of post, its classification , the level in the pay matrix or pay scale attached to the said post shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc .—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification .—No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पNी के जीिवत रहते (cid:28)ए किसी Mक्ति से िववाह किया है, या विवाह की संविदा की है
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहO होगा :
परन्तु यदि के न्Tीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह उस Mक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुPेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Mक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. िशिथल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्Tीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखब8 करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Mक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।
6. (cid:10)ावृत्ति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहO डालेगी, िजनका के न्Tीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूिचत जातियों, अनुसूिचत जनजातियों, अन्य िपछड़े वग(cid:134), भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य िवशेष प्रवर्ग के Mक्तियों के िलए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

1. Short title and Commencement .— (1)These rules may be called the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Surveyor, (Group 'C', post) Recruitment Rules, 2019.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix .— The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Disqualification .— No person,-

6. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
7. Savings .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

3. भर्ती की प'ति, आयु-सीमा अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.—उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की प8ति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उक्त पदों से संबंिधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिCदष्ट हैं ।
4. निरर्हता.— वह Mक्ति –
(क) िजसने ऐसे Mक्ति से िजसका पित या जिसकी पNी जीिवत है, िववाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या
(ख) िजसने अपने पित या अपनी पNी के जीिवत रहते (cid:28)ए किसी Mक्ति से िववाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,
उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहO होगा ;
परन्तु यदि के न्Tीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा िववाह ऐसे Mक्ति और िववाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय िविध के अधीन अनुPेय है और ऐसा करने के िलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी Mक्ति को इस िनयम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।
5. िशिथल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्Tीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके िलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखब8 करके , तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के Mक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा िशिथल कर सके गी।

G.S.R. 376 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur (Chief Design Engineer and Professor of Chemical Engineering), Recruitment Rules, 2001, in so far as they relate to the post of Professor of Chemical Engineering, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Professor (Chemical Engineering), in the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Professor (Chemical Engineering), Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc .— The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification .— No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax .— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons or posts.
6. Savings .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R.378 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the (i) National Archives of India (Recruitment to Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts) Rules, 1993, in so far as they relate to the posts of Assistant Director of Archives (Oriental Records) at serial number 3, Archivist (Oriental Records) at serial number 6 and Assistant Archivist (Oriental Records) at serial number 11 thereof, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment of certain Group 'A' and Group 'B' posts in the National Archives of India, Ministry of Culture, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the National Archives of India, Oriental Records Division (Group 'A' and Group 'B' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5)to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification .— No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of these rules.
5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note 1: Vacancies caused by the incumbent being away on deputation or long illness or study leave or under other circumstances for a duration of one year or more may be filled on deputation basis from officers of Central Government: (A) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) With five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level 6 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and (B) possessing the educational qualification and experience prescribed for direct recruits under column (7). Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |

- Short title and Commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Laboratory, Kolkata, Junior Laboratory Assistant, (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2019. ↩
