{कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 की उपधारा (2) और उपधारा (4) और कंपनी (कंपनी रजिस्टर से कंपनियों का नाम हटाना) नियम, 2016 के नियम 7 के अनुसरण में}

कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 (2) के तहत निम्नलिखित कम्पनियों का नाम हटाने के मामले में।

इसके द्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 248 (2) के तहत कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार को निम्नलिखित कंपनियों का कंपनी रजिस्टर से इस आधार पर नाम हटाने का आवेदन प्राप्त किया है कि वे उनकी कंपनी के निगमन के एक वर्ष के भीतर कारबार आंरभ करने में विफल रहे हैं या इस आधार पर कि कंपनी पूर्ववर्ती 2 वित्तीय वर्षाें से कारबार नह(cid:3) कर पायी हैं और इस अवधि के भीतर कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 455 के तहत निष्क्रिय कंपनी की स्थिति प्राप्त करने का आवेदन नहीं किया हैं या कंपनी ने निष्क्रिय कंपनी की स्थिति प्राप्त कर ली है, पर वे कंपनी के रूप में पंजीकरण नहीं रखना चाहते और अतः कंपनी रजिस्टर से अपना/अपने नाम हटाने का अनुरोध किया है।

(2) तदनुसार कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार, कंपनी रजिस्टर से निम्नलिखित कंपनियों का नाम हटाने का प्रस्ताव करता है।

(3) यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कंपनी रजिस्टर से कंपनियों का नाम हटाने के प्रस्ताव से आपत्ति है तो वह व्यक्ति इस सूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर निम्नलिखित कार्यालय के पते पर अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकता है।

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Companies had received applications from the above mentioned companies under section 248(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 for removal of their names from the register of companies either on the ground that they have failed to commence business within one year of their incorporation or on the ground that the companies are not carrying on any business or operation for a period of two immediately preceding financial years and have not made any applications within such period for obtaining the status of a dormant company under section 455 of the Companies Act, 2013 or the companies have obtained the status of dormant company, but they do not wish to continue their registration as companies and have, therefore, requested for removal/strike off of their names from the register of companies.

(2) Accordingly, the Registrar of Companies proposes to remove or strike off the names of the above mentioned companies from the Register of Companies.

(3) Any person objecting to the proposed removal or striking off of name of the companies from the register of companies may send his or her objection to the office address mentioned here above within thirty days from the date of publication of this notice.
