सं. 37/71/2014-ईपी—शत्रु संपत्ति अधिनियम, 1968 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रपति, श्री एस.एस. राणा, निदेशक (केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा), गृह मंत्रालय को तत्काल प्रभाव से नियमित पदाधिकारी के पदभार ग्रहण करने अथवा अगले आदेष्शों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, भारत के शत्रु संपत्ति अभिरक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करते ह। श्री एस.एस. राणा अभिरक्षक के पद से संबंधित कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेगें जिनका उल्लेख शत्रु संपत्ति अधिनियम, 1968 और उसके तहत बनाए गए नियमों ंऔर विनियमों में किया गया है। वे निदेशक के पद पर लागू सामान्य वेतन और भत्ते आहरित करेंगे और शत्रु संपत्ति के अभिरक्षक का पदभार ग्रहण करने के लिए वे किसी अन्य पारिश्रमिक के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

No. F.No. 37/71/2014-EP—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Enemy Property Act, 1968, the President is pleased to appoint Shri S.S. Rana, Director (Central Secretariat Service), Ministry of Home Affairs as the Custodian of Enemy Property for India, with immediate effect, till a regular incumbent joins, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri S.S. Rana will be discharging the duties attached to the post of Custodian as derived from the Enemy Property Act, 1968 and the rules and regulations framed thereunder. He will be drawing the usual pay andallowances applicable to the post of Director and will not be entitled to any otherremuneration for holding the charge of the post of Custodian of Enemy Property.
