कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय (कृषि, सहकारिता एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग) संशोधन अधिसूचना संख्या 2 नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 1 जून, 2020
सं. 1-2/2015-विस्तार (से॰ नि॰) मि. सं. 1-2/2015-विस्तार—राष्ट्रीय कृषि विस्तार प्रबंधन संस्थान (मैनेज), सेवा उप नियमों, 1993, के नियम (6) के उप-नियमन 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय कृषि विस्तार प्रबंधन संस्थान (मैनेज), महानिदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2020, अधिक्रान्त करते हुए केंद्रीय सरकार मैनेज में महानिदेशक के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभः (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम 'राष्ट्रीय कृषि विस्तार प्रबंधन संस्थान (मैनेज), महानिदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2020 है'।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृषि, सहकारिता एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग, महानिदेशक भर्ती नियम, 2020 के- (क) अनुसूची में, (i) कॉलम (11) के टिप्पणी 2 के अंतर्गत, शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के लिए ''प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति करते समय अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदनों की प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक 54 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी'' के शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों के लिए ''प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति करते समय अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदनों की प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक 58 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

New Delhi, the 1st June 2020
No. 1-2/2015-Extn.(RRs)/(No. 1-2/2015-Extn.)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (1) of regulation 6 of the National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Service Bye Laws, 1993, and the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Director General Recruitment Rules, 2020, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the 'National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Director General Recruitment Rules, 2020'.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their notification in the official gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Director General Recruitment Rules, 2020:—
(a) In the schedule,—
(i) under column (11), in the Note 2, for the words, figures and letters "The Maximum age limit for appointment by deputatin shall be not exceeding 54 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications", the words, figures and letters "The Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 58 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications" shall be substituted.
