सं. वक्फ/45(साधारण)/शुद्धिपत्र/520/2020/5801--1. अधिसूचना जो भारत के राजपत्र संख्या 42, भाग-III, खण्ड-4, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 1970 के कॉलम संख्या 5, क्रम संख्या 1597, पृष्ठ संख्या 1645 पर प्रकाशित है जोकि भूलवश छप गया था, अब इसे राजस्व रिकार्ड के अनुसार गांव सिरसा, तहसील व जिला सिरसा पुराना खसरा नं. 18 मिन, रकबा 01 कनाल-15मरले के स्थान पर, नया खसरा नं. 796 मिन रकबा 08 कनाल-15मरले पढ़ा जाऐ।

2. अधिसूचना जो भारत के राजपत्र संख्या 42, भाग-III, खण्ड-4, दिनांक 19 अक्तूबर 1970 के कॉलम संख्या 6, क्रम संख्या 1715, पृष्ठ संख्या 3003 पर प्रकाशित है जोकि भूलवश छप गया था, अब इसे सर्वे रिकार्ड के अनुसार मस्जिद मेहरबानन, क्रमांक W-5/H/313, स्थित शाहाबाद के स्थान पर W-5/H/343 पढ़ा जाऐ।

RESERVE BANK OF INDIA

No. DOR.No.Ret.BC.54/12.01.001 /2019-20—Whereas, the Central Government has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act,1970 (5 of 1970) and section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), accorded its sanction, vide notification G.S.R 156 (E) dated March 04, 2020 published in the Gazette of India on March 04, 2020 to the amalgamation of Allahabad bank into Indian bank with effect from April 01, 2020;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the exclusion of Allahabad bank from the Second Schedule to the said Act with effect from April 01, 2020 as those banks would cease to carry on banking business with effect from that date.

No. DOR.No.Ret.BC.55/12.01.001 /2019-20—Whereas, the Central Government has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970) and section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), accorded its sanction, vide notification G.S.R 154 (E) dated March 04, 2020 published in the Gazette of India on March 04, 2020 to the amalgamation of Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank into Union Bank of India with effect from April 01, 2020;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the exclusion of Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank from the Second Schedule to the said Act with effect from April 01, 2020 as those banks would cease to carry on banking business with effect from that date.

No. DOR.No.Ret.BC.56/12.01.001 /2019-20—Whereas, the Central Government has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970) and section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), accorded its sanction, vide notification G.S.R 153 (E) dated March 04, 2020 published in the Gazette of India on March 04, 2020 to the amalgamation of Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India into Punjab National Bank with effect from April 01, 2020;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the exclusion of Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India from the Second Schedule to the said Act with effect from April 01, 2020 as those banks would cease to carry on banking business with effect from that date.

No. DOR.No.Ret.BC.57/12.01.001 /2019-20—Whereas, the Central Government has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act,1970 (5 of 1970) and section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), accorded its sanction, vide notification G.S.R 155 (E) dated March 04, 2020 published in the Gazette of India on March 04, 2020 to the amalgamation of Syndicate bank into Canara bank with effect from April 01, 2020;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the exclusion of Syndicate bank from the Second Schedule to the said Act with effect from April 01, 2020 as those banks would cease to carry on banking business with effect from that date.

Sirsa inadvertently printed as area 01K-15M comprised in old Khasra No. 18 min, may be read as new Kh. No. 796 min area 08K-15M as per revenue record.

2. A notification published in the Gazette of India No. 52, Part-III, Section-4, dated 19th December, 1970 at Sr. No. 1715, Page No. 3003 in column No. 6 at Shahabad, inadvertently printed as Mosque Meharbanan, No. W-5/H/313 may be read as W-5/H/343 as per Survey Record.
