सा.का.नि. 145.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली (दंत स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा विञानी, समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम,2009 को, उन बातों के सिवाए अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में दंत स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा विञानी के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, दंत स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा विञानी (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2020 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह उस व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.— जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके आदेश द्वारा, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत शिथिल कर सके गी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.—इन नियमों की कोई बात आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

New Delhi, the 7th October, 2020

G.S.R. 145 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi (Dental Hygienist, Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2009, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Dental Hygienist in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Dental Hygienist (Group 'B' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached there to shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 146.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कलावती सरन बाल चिकित्सालय (समूह- घ' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1979 को, जहां तक इनका संबंध सफाईवाला/सफाईवाली, चौकीदार/पहरेदार, माली, चपरासी/डाक रनर, दरबान, जमादार/सुपरवाइज़र, दफ्तरी के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अधीन कलावती सरन बाल अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में बहु-कार्य कर्मचारीवृ ंद के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:-

G.S.R. 146 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital ( Group 'D' posts ) Recruitment Rules 1979 , in so far as they relate to the posts of Safaiwalas/Safaiwalies, Chowkidars/Watchman, Malies, Peons/Dak Runner, Darwans, Jamadars/Supervisors, Daftry, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital ,New Delhi under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, New Delhi, Multi-Tasking Staff ( Group 'C' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

सा.का.नि. 148 .—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज और श्रीमती सुचेता कृ पलानी अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली (सहायक माइक्रोबायोलोजिस्ट) भर्ती नियम, 1995 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज और श्रीमती सुचेता कृ पलानी अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में सहायक माइक्रोबायोलोजिस्ट के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज और श्रीमती सुचेता कृ पलानी अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, सहायक माइक्रोबायोलोजिस्ट (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2020 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.— उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.— भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हता और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता .—वह व्यक्ति-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.— जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

G.S.R. 148 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi (Assistant Microbiologist) Recruitment Rules, 1995, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession[भाग II—खण्ड (i)] भारत का राजपत्र : अक्तूबर ¹⁷, ²⁰²⁰/आश्विन ²⁵, ¹⁹⁴² ⁹⁵¹ the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Microbiologist, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Assistant Microbiologist ( Group- 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Disqualification.—No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes , Ex-servicemen and Other Special Categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 150.— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और विलिंगडॉन हॉस्पिटल और नर्सिंग होम (श्रेणी IV) भर्ती नियम, 1973 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध थिएटर अर्दली के पद से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है, या करने का लोप किया गया है, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में ऑपरेशन थिएटर परिचर के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, ऑपरेशन थिएटर परिचर (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2020 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.— उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.— जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

G.S.R. 150.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the erstwhile Willingdon Hospital and Nursing Home (Class IV) Recruitment Rules, 1973, in so far as they relate to the post of Theatre Orderly, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Operation Theatre Attendant in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Operation Theatre Attendant (Group 'C' Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classifications, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली में कृ त्रिम अंग विञानी के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ .—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, कृ त्रिम अंग विञानी (समूह 'ख' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2020 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि .—भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हता और उक्त पद से संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति-

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत्, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी |

6. व्यावृत्ति .— इन नियमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय–समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

G.S.R. 152.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Prothetist in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Prothetist ( Group 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving .—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 153.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Bio Statistician in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Bio Statistician (Group 'B' post), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

G.S.R. 155 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of (i) the Lady Hardings Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981 in so far as they relate to the post of Operation Theatre Technician; (ii)the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Technician in Orthopaedics Recruitment Rules, 1987; (iii) the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Shrimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi (Operation Theatre Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 1991 and (iv) the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and Kalawati Saran Children Hospital, New Delhi, (Operation Theatre Attendant) (Group 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2007, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Operation Theatre Attendant, Operation Theatre Assistant, Operation Theatre Technician and Senior Operation Theatre Technician in the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi namely:-

1. Short title and commencement .— (1) These rules may be called the Lady Hardinge Medical College and Srimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Operation Theatre Attendant, Operation Theatre Assistant, Operation Theatre Technician and Senior Operation Theatre Technician (Group 'C' posts), Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application .—These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix .—The number of the said posts, their classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification .—No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

6. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज और श्रीमती सुचेता कृ पलानी अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, दन्त शल्य-चिकित्सा में तकनीकी सहायक(समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2020 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अन्य अर्हताएं आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति-

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है, उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

G.S.R. 156 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of The Ministry of Health and family Welfare , Lady Hardinge Medical College and Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Technical Assistant in Dental Surgery, Group 'C' post Recruitment Rules, 2017 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Technical Assistant in Dental Surgery, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Srimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Hardinge Medical College and Srimati Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Technical Assistant in Dental Surgery (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person , -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
