(ख) अखिल भारतीय समानता मंच और अन्य बनाम भारत संघ व अन्य द्‌वारा दायर की गई डब्ल्यू (सी) सं. 3490/2010 में माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 23.8.2017 के निर्णय से उत्पन्न एसएलपी (सी) सं. 31288/2017।

(ग) दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के दिनांक 12.11.2018 के निर्णय के विरुद्ध श्री एस.एन. जसरा एवं श्री राजकुमार के संबंध में एसएलपी सं. 5724-5725/2019।

(घ) कोई अन्य न्यायालय संबंधी मामला।

(ii) तदर्थ पदोन्नति अधिकारी को निदेशक के ग्रेड में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने या ग्रेड में नियमित पदोन्नति हेतु चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने या ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी।
