सा.का.नि. 21 .—नारियल विकास बोर्ड, नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1979 (1979 का 5) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्वानुमोदन से निम्नलिखित भर्ती विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात् :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, प्रारंभ और लागू होना.— (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नारियल विकास बोर्ड भर्ती विनियम, 2020 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।

(3) ये विनियम इन विनियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (1) में विनिदिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे।

2. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो उक्त अनुसूचियों के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट हैं ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि.—उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताऍं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं।

4. निरर्हता.— वह व्यक्ति-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है,

उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्तु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस विनियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी।

5. आरंभिक गठन.—नीचे उल्लिखित समाप्त किए गए पदों पर कार्यरत पदधारियों द्वारा की गई नियमित सेवा की गणना ऐसे समाप्त किए गए पदों के बदले में उल्लिखित पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए सुसंगत अनुदेशों या आदेशों के अनुसार गठित समिति द्वारा नए पदों के लिए उनकी उपयुक्तता के निर्धारण के पश्चात् की जाएगी:-

(क) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 (56,100-1,77,500 रुपए) में प्रसंस्करण इंजिनीयर के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत़ ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पांच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 11 (67,700-2,08,700 रुपए) में उप निदेशक (प्रौद्योगिकी विकास और उद्यमिता) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ख) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में वित्त अधिकारी के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 (56,100-1,77,500 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ग) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में फार्म प्रबंधक के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 (56,100-1,77,500 रुपए) में सहायक निदेशक (विकास) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(घ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में सहायक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में दो वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में प्रशासनिक अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ङ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में सहायक विपणन अधिकारी के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के 10 (56,100-1,77,500 रुपए) में सहायक निदेशक (विपणन) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(च) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी (विपणन) के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 (56,100- 1,77,500 रुपए) में सहायक निदेशक (विपणन) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(छ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी (विपणन) के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900- 1,42,400 रुपए) में बाज़ार संवर्धन अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ज) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी (विकास) के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 10 (56,100- 1,77,500 रुपए) में सहायक निदेशक (विकास) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(झ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी (विकास) के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900- 1,42,400 रुपए) में विकास अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ञ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में कनिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में लेखा अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ट) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में अधीक्षक के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में प्रशासनिक अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ठ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में उप संपादक (हिन्दी) के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ अनुवादक के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ड) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में हिन्दी अनुवादक के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में वरिष्ठ अनुवादक के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ढ) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में तकनीकी अधिकारी के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 7 (44,900-1,42,400 रुपए) में विकास अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

(ण) वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 4 (25,500-81,100 रुपए) में मशीन ऑपरेटर के समाप्त किए गए पद पर कार्यरत ऐसे पदधारी जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में दस वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है और जिनके पास बोर्ड के गुणवत्ता परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला में भंडार को संभालने का दो वर्ष का अनुभव है वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400 रुपए) में सहायक (भंडार) के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा;

परन्तु समाप्त किए गए पदों के पदधारियों का जिनका उपयु र्क्तता का निर्धारण किया जाता है नए पदों के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हैं, अधिशेष घोषित किया जाना होगा और वेतन मैट्रिक्स के उसी या उससे उच्च स्तर पर समतुल्य संख्या में पदों को तब तक रिक्त रखा जाना होगा जब तक उन्हें अन्यथा नए पदों पर समायोजित नहीं किया जाता अथवा वे अधिवषिता प्राप्त नहीं कर लेते ।

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.—जहां बोर्ड की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , इन विनियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत, आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गा ।

7. व्यावृति.—इन विनियमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है।

New Delhi, the 19th February, 2021

G.S.R. 21.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Coconut Development Board Act, 1979 (5 of 1979), the Coconut Development Board, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-

1. Short title, commencement and application.— (1) These regulations may be called the Coconut Development Board Recruitment Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.

(3) These regulations shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.

5. Initial Constitution.—The regular service rendered by the incumbents holding the abolished posts mentioned below shall be counted for appointment to the posts mentioned against such abolished posts after assessing their suitability for the new posts by a committee constituted as per the relevant instructions or orders:-

(a) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Processing Engineer in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Deputy Director (Technology Development and Entrepreneurship) in level 11 (Rs.67,700-2,08,700) in the pay matrix;

(b) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Finance Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix with three years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Senior Accounts Officer in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix;

(c) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Farm Manager in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix with three years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Director (Development) in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix;

(d) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Assistant Administrative Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900- 1,42,400) in the pay matrix with two years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Administrative Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(e) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Assistant Marketing Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix with three years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Director (Marketing) in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix;

(f) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Senior Technical Officer (Marketing) in level 6 (Rs.35,400- 1,12,400) in the pay matrix with eight years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Director (Marketing) in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix;

(g) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Senior Technical Officer (Marketing) in level 6 (Rs.35,400- 1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Market Promotion Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(h) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Senior Technical Officer (Development) in level 6 (Rs.35,400- 1,12,400) in the pay matrix with eight years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Director (Development) in level 10 (Rs.56,100-1,77,500) in the pay matrix;

(i) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Senior Technical Officer (Development) in level 6 (Rs.35,400- 1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Development Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(j) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Junior Accounts Officer in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Accounts Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(k) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Superintendent in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Administrative Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(l) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Sub-Editor (Hindi) in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Senior Translator in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(m) the incumbent holding the abolished post of Hindi Translator in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Senior Translator in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(n) The incumbent holding the abolished post of Technical Officer in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade may be considered for appointment to the post of Development Officer in level 7 (Rs.44,900-1,42,400) in the pay matrix;

(o) The incumbent holding the abolished post of Machine Operator in level 4 (Rs.25,500-81,100) in the pay matrix with ten years regular service in the grade and possessing two years experience in handling stores in the Quality Testing Laboratory of the Board may be considered for appointment to the post of Assistant (Store) in level 6 (Rs.35,400-1,12,400) in the pay matrix:

Provided that the incumbents of the abolished posts who are assessed to be not suitable to the new posts shall be declared as surplus and equal number of posts in the same or higher level in the pay matrix shall be kept vacant until they are otherwise adjusted in the new posts or until their superannuation.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Board is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 22.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय, नई दिल्ली के अधीन राष्ट्रीय अंग और ऊतक प्रत्यारोपण संगठन में भंडार अधिकारी के पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय राष्ट्रीय अंग और ऊतक प्रत्यारोपण संगठन, सफदरजंग अस्पताल, नई दिल्ली, भंडार अधिकारी (समूह 'क' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2021 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण, वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर .— उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं आदि.—भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति-

G.S.R. 22 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Store Officer in the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Store Officer (Group 'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय,अखिल भारतीय भौतिक चिकित्सा एवं पुनर्वास संस्थान, मुम्बई, रसोईया (समूह 'ग' पद)भर्ती नियम, 2021 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.—उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में उसका स्तर वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ(2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिदिष्ट है ।

3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि.—उक्त पद पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अर्हताएं और उससे संबंधित अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (5) से स्तंभ (13) में विनिदिष्ट हैं ।

4. निरर्हता.—वह व्यक्ति-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है,विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है; या (ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है या विवाह की संविदा की है;

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परंतु यदि के न्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह, ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छू ट दे सके गी ।

5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति.— जहां के न्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके , इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सके गी ।

6. व्यावृत्ति.— इन नियमों की कोई बात आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू ट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी जिनका के न्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों,भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है ।

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Cook (Group 'C' Post), Recruitment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classifications, level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said posts, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Publications Division, Business Manager (Group 'A' post) Recruitment Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

Master Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Note-1: The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note-2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed four years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
