का.आ. 341.—भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक (सिडबी) अधिनियम, 1989 (1989 का 39) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, भारतीय निर्यात-आयात बैंक (एक्जिम बैंक ऑफ इंडिया) के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (सीजीएम), श्री सुदत्त मंडल (जन्म तिथि 20.04.1968) को पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, सिडबी में उप-प्रबंध निदेशक (डीएमडी) के पद पर नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 341.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 6 read with sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) Act, 1989 (39 of 1989), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sudatta Mandal, (D.O.B: 20.04.1968), Chief General Manager (CGM), Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank of India) as Deputy Managing Director (DMD), SIDBI for a period of three (03) years from the date of his taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
