का.नि.आ. 33.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा विभाग में (आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-2) भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा लेखा विभाग (आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-2) संशोधन भर्ती नियम, 2022 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा विभाग में (आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-2) भर्ती नियम, 2011 की अनुसूची के स्तम्भ 2 में
"105* (2011) कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।" अंकों, कोष्ठको और शब्दों के
स्थान पर-
"170* (2022) कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।" अंक, शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे।

S.R.O. 33.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Defence Accounts Department (Stenographer Grade- II) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department; (Stenographer Grade-II) Amendment Recruitment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Defence Accounts Department, (Stenographer Grade-II) Recruitment Rules, 2011 in the Schedule; column 2 for the figures, brackets and words
"105* (2011) Subject to variation dependent on workload",
the figures, brackets and words shall be substituted.
"170*(2022) Subject to variation dependent on workload"
