सनमनत का काय(cid:6981)काल नन(cid:7388)नलनखत (cid:7390र्)(cid:7021)ा के सा उसके गठन की तारीख से तीनर् ष(cid:6981) का होगाः
1. ोि संसद सद(cid:7021)य सनमनत के सद(cid:7021)य ह(cid:7289),र् े संसद सद(cid:7021)य नह(cid:7277) रहने पर इस सनमनत के सद(cid:7021)य भी नह(cid:7277) रह सक(cid:7286) गे।
2. सनमनत के पदेन सद(cid:7021)य अपने पद पर काय(cid:6981) करते रहने तक ही सनमनत के सद(cid:7021)य रह(cid:7286)गे।
3. नकसी सद(cid:7021)य की मृ(cid:7004)यु हो ािने के कारण र्अा सनमनत की सद(cid:7021)यता से (cid:7004)याग-प(cid:7074) देने के कारण खाली (cid:7263)ए (cid:7021)ान पर मनोनीत सद(cid:7021)य सनमनत के तीनर् ष(cid:6981) के काय(cid:6981)काल की ेष र्अनध के नलए सद(cid:7021)य होगा।

ll. FUNCTION
The function of the Committee will be to render advice in regard to the implementation of the provisions relating to Official Language contained in the Constitution, Official Languages Act, 1963 and Official Languages Rules, 1976 and policy decisions of the Kendriya Hindi Samiti and instructions issued by the Deptt. of Official Language in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and its attached and subordinate offices/ autonomous bodies/ statutory organisations and Public Sector Undertakings etc.
lll. TENURE
The tenure of the Committee will be 3 years from the date of its formation provided that:—
(1) A member of Parliament nominated to this Committee shall cease to be a member of the Committee as soon as he/she ceases to be a Member of Parliament.
(2) Ex-officio members of the Committee shall continue as members so long as they hold the office by virtue of which they are members of the Committee.
(3) A member nominated in a vacancy arising in the Committee due to the death or resignation of any member shall hold office for the residual term.
lV. GENERAL
The Headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi but the Committee can hold its meetings at any other station also.
V. TRAVELLING AND OTHER ALLOWANCES
The non-official members of the Hindi Salahkar Samiti will be paid travelling and daily allowance for attending the meetings of the Hindi Salahkar Samiti at the rates fixed by the Government of India, from time to time.
VI. ORDER
Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the members of the Samiti, all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations, President's Secretariat, Vice-President's Secretariat, Prime Minister's Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Niti Ayog, Comptroller and Auditor General of India and all the Ministries and Departments of the Government of India, and Pay & Accounts Office of the M/o Health & Family Welfare and attached and subordinate offices under the control of the M/o Health & Family Welfare.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for information of the public.
