2.In terms of Rule 2 (c)(iii) of CSS Rules, approved service in the grade of Private Secretary will count from 01st July of the Select List Year.

3.The appointment of the above mentioned officers shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases:

i. Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 {arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011} in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases);

ii. Any other court cases in a connected matter.
