का.नि.आ. 1.—छावनी बोर्ड, आगरा के न्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 की धारा 66 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्यांक 1327/ एक्सआईसी-37 तारीख 05 मई, 1930 और का.नि.आ. संख्यांक 29 तारीख 31 जनवरी, 1966 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचनाओं में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"यदि कर राशि ई-छावनी पोर्टल पर स्वयं-सेवा मोड द्वारा ऑनलाइन जमा की जाती है और छावनी बोर्ड, आगरा के कार्यालय में मैनुअल रूप से या हेल्प डेस्क के माध्यम से जमा नहीं की जाती है तो ऐसे लोगों को, जिनका कोई बकाया नहीं है, चालू वित्तीय वर्ष की मांग पर कर पर 2% का रिबेट दिया जाएगा।"

"A rebate of 2% will be granted on tax on the demand of current financial year to people having no arrears and if the tax amount is deposited online by self-service mode on E-Chhawani portal and not manually or through help desk in the office of Cantonment Board, Agra."

(iii) चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के गृह कर की मांग पर 2% का रिबेट नागरिक द्वारा ऑनलाइन गृह कर का भुगतान ई– छावनी पोर्टल पर 30 दिनों के पश्चात किन्तु टैक्स बिल जारी होने की तारीख से 90 दिनों से अधिक का न हो, करने पर दिया जाएगा,

परंतु मैनुअल रूप से या हेल्प डेस्क के माध्यम से भुगतान करने पर किसी भी रिबेट की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।''

S.R.O. 48.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 66 of the Cantonments Act, 2006, Cantonment Board, Amritsar, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification number 1155 dated the 8th October, 1938, namely:-

In the said notification, after the existing entries, `the following shall be inserted namely:-

"A rebate of 3% will be granted on Property tax (House tax and Water tax) to registered citizens having nil arrears, on the demand of current financial year if the Property tax amount is deposited online by self-service mode on E-Chhawani portal and not manually or through help desk in the office of Cantonment Board, Amritsar.".

का.नि.आ. 49.—छावनी बोर्ड, रामगढ़ के न्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मंजूरी से, छावनी अधिनियम, 2006 की धारा 66 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.नि.आ. 2146 तारीख 16 अगस्त, 1947 और का.नि.आ. 300 तारीख 29 सितंबर, 1961 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-

"यदि कर राशि ई-छावनी पोर्टल पर स्वयं-सेवा मोड द्वारा ऑनलाइन जमा की जाती है और छावनी बोर्ड, रामगढ़ के कार्यालय में मैनुअल रूप से या हेल्प डेस्क के माध्यम से जमा नहीं की जाती है तो चालू वित्तीय वर्ष की मांग पर कर पर 2% का रिबेट दिया जाएगा तथा उन कर दाताओं को 2% का और अधिक रिबेट दिया जाएगा जो चालू वर्ष के बिल प्राप्ति की तारीख से 90 दिन के भीतर तत्काल कर का भुगतान करते हैं।"

In the said notifications, after the existing entries, the following shall be inserted namely:-

"A rebate of 2% will be granted on tax on the demand of current financial year if the tax amount is deposited online by self-service mode on E-Chhawani portal and not manually or through help desk in the office of Cantonment Board, Ramgarh. And 2% more rebate will be granted to the tax payer who makes prompt payment of current year tax within 90 days from the date of receipt of the bill."
